Willy was our contact to obtain keys for our villa. He was more than helpful in explaining everything. He even met us and guided us to our villa, Villa Bigau. He guided us to go get pizza that evening. We had a problem during our stay and he was there to guide us through the difficulty. We did day trips out of St. Remy and it was an excellent location. We were able to see so many wonderful sites and areas.
Our stay in St. Remy was overall enjoyable. The Villa was nicely appointed and in a very private setting, and the pool delightful. Unfortunately we did not find the cleanliness of the villa up to our satisfaction. There were cobwebs on lamps, spiderwebs in corners and the showers looked to be in need of a deep cleaning. Since we were not sure who was responsible for cleaning, and weren't comfortable calling Willy to report it.
Very nice home, well decorated, great location, friendly staff at arrival and departure, great grounds, upkeep, etc.
We had a wonderful stay in St. Remy at the Villa Bigau . The house was beautiful and decorated lovely. It felt like you were staying in your own home or with a friend. We had our grandbaby with us and the villa were great for her as well- a baby cot and high chair were provided for us. I would definitely stay there again and also recommend it to friends.
Very nice house, only 15 minutes walk from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, which isa beautiful village in Provence. Great food boutiques and restaurants.
The house was perfect for our family of five. Three great bedrooms and a very nice open kitchen on the dining room and the living room. The pool and the terrasses were lovely!
The villa was beautiful, the pictures did do the property justice. All the essentials were available. We cooked quite a bit since the kitchen had almost everything we needed.
We enjoyed having a pool as well.
