We just finished a big renovation project on the house. My husband is Mr. Fix-it! We try to cater to families/professionals and have renovated the space with that in mind. It is perfect for two families with 8 to 10 people. We take great care in making the home warm and inviting. We only rent a small number of dates per year as we plan on using the home ourselves the majority of the time. The upstairs bedrooms are perfect for one family with one King Bedroom and next door a bedroom with 2 twins for the kids. Downstairs is a Queen Bedroom & next door a bedroom with a Twin Day Bed with a twin trundle underneath. There are also three Queen Futons in the downstairs living room if there is an extra guest coming. New Carpet, New Beds, Freshly Painted, Updated Bathrooms. We have a shoe's off policy as we like to keep in a condition where you feel perfectly fine walking around with socks or bare feet. Enjoy the beautiful new Hot-Tub and Fireplace after a long day on the slopes. Plus, we just added a new extreme treehouse complete with lighting, heat, couch, chalk board, refrigerator, flat screens TV's with a second floor loft for the kids or adults to relax and even sleep if you are adventurous.

My husband and I love Killington. Its a great mountain whether it winter, spring, summer or fall and we love exploring the area with our three kids. Every weekend we leave Killington, we hear 'Mom/Dad why can't we just live here ...it's so nice!' I hope my kids always feel that way because it has taken a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get our houses to meet our expectations. We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests. So many of our friends criticize us that we shouldn't work so hard for our rentals, but we disagree. We use materials that I would use in my own home and I think thats why we have so many repeat customers. Nobody wants to rent that house thats been ignored for 15 years where you have to wear shoes in the shower. We are on the polar opposite of that spectrum. Everything goes back into the house.

Its right next door to our other rental so it just made sense. The property is close to everything Killington has to offer. Killington truly is becoming a four season destination spot. Its hard to say which season I love best up in Killington. We go up year round and my family and I just love it.
You will enjoy a property that is new and inviting, unlike so many of the other houses that have been run down for the last decade or more.....New Beds, New Carpet, Baths, New Hot Tub. New Extreme Treehouse with attached swing set and slide for the kids. Plus, the house is close to everything Killington has to offer whether it is winter, spring, summer or fall.
Suitable for family. Everything was as described and we had an amazing time in the house. Would love to go back again on our next trip.
This is our second Thanksgiving at this house. It had plenty of room for the 6 adults and three children. The tree house is AWESOME. Would have slept in there myself if it had a potty! If fact some family did sleep there. Great area close to the mountain. Well equipped...plenty of sheets and towels, sleds, bikes, and of course the tree house. By the way it is heated!
Such a great house and so close to Killington Mtn for people who love to go skiing/snowboarding. Also so close to downtown, which is really nice with great restaurants! Highly recommend this house for your next vacation :)
I stayed at the house February 2016. This place was perfect for two families with kids (there is even extra futons if grandparents want to join). The house was clean and very cozy. Yvonne made booking easy and was responsive to our questions. I would stay again.
Our experience with this house was wonderful. We were a large group and utilized the kitchen, living space, hot tub and even tree house to the full extent. Everything was clean and well maintained, not to mention it was the perfect location to the mountain, nearby restaurants, bars and markets. I would definitely recommend this house to a friend!
First time using VRBO and my first impression was that it was an amazing house with ample amounts of room for 10 people. Convenient location relative to Killington. Had everything listing descriptions mentioned.
Only problem was that the only way to contact the owner was through their phone as they did not respond to messages in their inbox, however that wasn't a major issue.
Would recommend this to small extended families.
Central Vermont where Killington is located is beautiful year round making it a great decision to visit anytime of year. We love the area in all four seasons. Killington offers the best skiing terrain on the East Coast coupled with the various other winter sports from snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ice skating to snow tubing or the events at the mountain itself - Winter is great. Spring brings you spring skiing, warm weather and the ability to still get out there and ski one day and golf the next. Summer is beautiful in Vermont with various races, mountain biking, road biking, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding, fishing, golfing, water tubing the rapids, enjoying the numerous lakes or swimming holes the list goes on and on - Killington is awesome in the Summer. There's only fall left and again - Killington is amazing in the Fall - the Colors are incredible whether you are golfing, biking, hiking or partaking in the various festivals: hay scultpure festival, nearby hot air ballooning, brew fest, wine fest or in the any of the races: Spartan Race or biking races - Killington is gorgeous in the Autumn too.

There is a refundable security deposit which can be remitted via separate check. We hold the check and only cash it if there is a problem. Rental Agreement must be executed as well.
