Amenities: The home was totally remodeled in 2014/2015 and offers 2 master suites, state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances including double oven, wine cooler, K-cup coffee maker, and granite counter tops, There are 5 flat screen tvs (4 of them smart tvs) including one in each bedroom. Two out door areas: front of the house with teak furniture, umbrellas, gas grill, and fire pit. Back of house opens to a full ocean and beach view.
Location: The San Pedro area is a peaceful community, and is central to most of Southern California Sites, The home is within walking distance to San Pedro Harbor, scenic parks, hiking trails, Ports of Call, restaurants, coffee shops, the ocean and beach.The home is 20 minutes from LAX, 10 minutes to Trump National golf course, 10 minutes to Palos Verdes, 15 minutes to Long Beach and all their attractions (aquarium), 20 minutes to Redondo taking the gorgeous Palos Verde drive, 25 minutes to Hermosa beach boardwalk, 25 minutes to Manhattan beach, 40 Minutes to Laguna Beach, and 30 mInutes to downtown LA
We stayed in this beautifully decorated, comfortable home for a week over Christmas and everything was perfect! Amazing sunrises, incredible full moon, and a two block walk to amazing views of Catalina Island. Lots to do in nearby Long Beach. And beautiful drive alone the coast to Palos Verdes.

Clean, modern home with off street parking. Owner was great to work with, actually calling to check on us and how we were enjoying the place. The 3 floor accommodation was plenty of space for our 5 adults (one couple, 3 singles in 3 bedrooms, plus the converted garage with a sofa sleeper). Views were calming by day and glorious by night. We had a full moon one night and the site of the moon coming up over the harbor was fantastic.
Things we liked the most included comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms, off street parking, close to area parks and restaurants. Very nice gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen, laundry on premise. TVs in each bedroom and a big TV in a common room. Close access to the beach. Walking was nice, as there are nice hills to go up and down. View from balcony was wonderful to watch ships and cruise liners coming and going. Very quiet neighborhood.
We highly recommend this place to potential visitors to the southern California area.
Bonus: Good access to LAX.
The house is located on the top of S. Carolina St. to offer our guests some of the best views on the west coast. Short walks to parks, restaurants, ocean side cliff scenic walks, Korean Friendship bell park, and Marina.
