Located in the quiet and park like setting of Harbor Side Village, there are miles of walking and biking trails for you to experience along the Intracoastal. Harbor Side Village offers a welcoming pool just steps from your front door and don’t forget to bring your boat! Nearby Palm Coast Marina is a full-service marina with easy in and out to the Intracoastal. Just minutes by car is Palm Coast Parkway where you can find everything from Grocery to Department/ Box stores or the Hammock Dunes Bridge, giving you easy access to A1A and nearby coastal Towns and Beaches.

The 1st level of this sunny and airy Townhome features a living room with contemporary leather furniture, a flat screen TV/DVD, a dining area with a table for 4 that doubles as a game table and a bright white fully equipped Kitchen with breakfast bar, making this area perfect for hosting families and friends. The main level master bedroom features a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double vanity and shower. Lovely spot, close to a private beach

Lovely townhouse (sleeps 10) with all the amenities that were promised on the website including a community swimming pool. Nice to be away from the sand but so close to a very quiet beach when we wanted to go. Across the street from the European Village and several restaurants. Biking/walking trails.

Great Place to Stay

This townhome was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were a nice size and it was great to have full size beds and not twins. Master bedroom has a king. All have TV's in the rooms as well. The mattresses were top quality. All the bathrooms were great, lots of counter space, double sinks and great walk in showers. Kitchen was very clean, new refrigerator, and well equipped. Nice open floor plan. Bright and cheery. It was easy to pull up and park right outside the unit. Great location to European Village which is really hopping. Mike's Italian restaurant has been there for years, food is fantastic, this restaurant is always crowded, you can eat inside or outside. Owner makes a point to come out and chat with everyone. Even tried the Mexican place there which was also very good. Shops are nice, everyone is very friendly. It was so easy to walk to European village and enjoy the nightly entertainment. Beach was only about 10 minutes away, going to Hammock Dunes was the best, not a far ride and great beach. We would definitely stay at this townhome again. The owner's did not skimp on amenities. Thank you, we had a great vacation!

Harbor Side Village 2 Review

We loved the central location for the places we wanted to visit. The unit was beautiful and well-maintained. When we had a concern (problem with garbage disposal and cable) it was addressed immediately. We would definitely recommend this rental to our family and friends. We are hoping to come back next year and would love to stay at Harbor Side Village.

Awesome location at the Palm Coast!

We were looking for a place to stay near the beach on the Atlantic side of Florida, as a family vacation. We have never stayed in this area of the coast so we took a chance on it, based on photos and reviews. What a find! We had our 4 children with us and there was room for everyone to have a bed in the condo. The bedrooms were very large and the overall appearance and location was great! We used the kitchen to cook a couple of dinners and had everything we needed to do that. As noted in other reviews, the European Village across the street had great eateries including a couple of "top 10" in the Palm Coast area. There were also some awesome eateries nearby along the A1A. Try the 386, JT's seafood shack, and The Captain's BBQ....all fabulous. Our biggest impression of this area was the easy access to the beach, 5-7 minute drive, and the quietness of them....we went to 3 different public accesses in the area and basically had the beach to ourselves! We were most impressed with the state park beach at Washington Oaks state park....the beach was beautiful, had a really cool rock formation on the point and we saw dolphins and even a sea turtle swimming on our last day! We wanted a week to relax and take in a quiet beach and this hit the mark! One of our favorite family vacations!

This Condo was EXCELLENT! There is nothing I would change. The condo was clean and well stocked and was perfect for our family. The beach was a short drive away and we even walked to it over the bridge, the view was great from up there. My family enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Especially my mother, it being her birthday.

Look forward to coming back again.

We stayed at Harbor Side 2 over the holidays and had a great time. We were visiting family and because the condo was so spacious we spent a lot of time there instead of my son's condo. The place was so clean and had all we needed to have a great holiday dinner for 10 there. My wife and I walked the river every day, it is so close and the wildlife you see was incredible. We watched dolphins play in the water every day. The condo was a great find and the pizza restaurant across the street in the Village was to die for. Will go back to this great condo again.
