Spacious, remodeled condo with high ceilings in a secured, historic building.
Centrally located in the East Village Arts District of downtown Long Beach. WiFi, internet and
three cable TVs. Sleeps 4 guests comfortably. Master bedroom with queen size bed and an en-
suite full bath. Second bedroom with queen size bed with full bath off the hall. All new interior.
Laundry facilities and features a fully equipped, deluxe kitchen with granite counters. Fully
equipped work out gym on the premises.
A 10 minute walk to the ocean, another 8 minutes to the pier, restaurants, shopping and boat
tours departing from Shoreline Village. A short 8 minute walk to Pine Street to enjoy more
restaurants, nightclubs and bars. Von’s supermarket 1 block away. One block to the metro line
station with destinations all over Los Angeles County, including downtown Los Angeles, USC
campus and the Science Center.
Rent a bike and ride along the coast from Long Beach to Seal Beach. A short walk, or take the
free “Passport” bus to The Long Beach Convention Center, The Aquarium of the Pacific and the
Queen Mary. Close to cruise ship terminals, LAX and Long Beach airports. A 30 minute
freeway drive to Disneyland and a 45 minute freeway drive to south Orange County and beach
destinations of Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente.
As our 1st family vacation getaway, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Everything was well kept and clean. On our down days we had amazing time watching movies from the wide selection of picks. No small detail was overlooked. We loved everything about the condo. Ed kept in touch with us to make sure we were ok, so that was a big plus. This place will definetly be recommended to friends and family.
This was a first return visit to CA as a family we wanted some place close to the beach but clean and secure. Ed spoke to me about his vacation rental and all the things it offered and he was 100% correct. Walking distance to some of the best food, Shoreline visit was a nice family walk. The rooms and interior design unmatched. I would advise anyone who wants to have a great time to stay here.
