Cute mountain cottage

  • 5 of 5

The home was lovely and more than we expected. The views off the front are wonderful overlooking the river and mountains. The hot tub is a wonderful addition. There are other homes adjacent to the property but it does not feel invasive because of the great views . The home is nicely stocked with linens and kitchen items and very clean. The beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Cozy Cottage Has Everything!

  • 5 of 5

We had a relaxing time at this cottage. The bed was comfy, the hot tub under the stars was lovely & the cottage is so clean and well stocked! It was chilly when we were there, so we also made use of the fireplace while watching movies. It was great being able to bring our dog, too. We had dinner at one of the restaurants in town when they had live music. Overall, a great stay!

Great Location! Hot tub is amazing and is super clean.

  • 5 of 5

We were so impressed with this cottage. It was one of the absolute cleanest places we have ever stayed. The cottage has everything you could ever need. Mrs. Deb has shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and has aluminum foil, ziplock bags, tea, coffee and, coffee filters in the kitchen, just to name a few of the extras. Her kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil you could ever need. The beds were comfortable. We are already trying to find a time to return.

Delightful Cottage is Exactly Right!

  • 5 of 5

We booked this property for Christmas so that we could get away for a bit, yet be near to our son in Asheville for Christmas day. We were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The cottage was very clean and was incredibly well-stocked. There was even a fan in the bedroom closet, which I always travel with to help me sleep. I loved the electric kettle and the wide assortment of tea bags for my afternoon boost. The fireplace was very nice and helped keep our feet warm, as it was quite cold. We only used the Jacuzzi one day, as it was below freezing for the rest of our visit. But it was wonderful on the day we braved the weather!

We enjoyed visiting the town of Hot Springs during our stay and had dinner in town on the night that we arrived. Deb was wonderful to deal with and answered my questions ahead of our visit. I would certainly book this place again if we need lodging near the Asheville area. It was a pleasure to stay!

About Deb Burks

I love these mountains, their beauty refreshes my mind and spirit. The clean fresh air energizes me. Hiking, rafting or canoeing are the most perfect ways to become a part of the beautiful nature here.

Deb Burks purchased this cottage in 2014

Why Deb Burks chose Hot Springs

The views are wonderful. Its one mile to the center of Hot Springs. We added a large hot tub/spa in the spring of 2016, come soak under the stars! Fire pit to enjoy a marshmallow roast or cozy up by the fire on a cool evening. Its a perfect get away in the mountains.

What makes this cottage unique

Close to the little village of Hot Springs, but off of the beaten path; our cottage has a wonderful porch to take in the mountain view. Hot tub/spa, fire pit, comfortably appointed cottage.
