We arrived at the office after hours due to a flight delay, and the procedure went very smoothly. We also left Florida on an early flight, and used the after hours return, which also went without any problem. We stayed for a week in late March over spring break at the Emerald Isles condominiums. First, we were very pleased and impressed with the accuracy of the photos of our unit on your web site. For us, it definitely was a "what you see is what you get" experience. Our unit was very clean and comfortable, and all of the equipment worked as it should. We certainly felt we were staying in a "home" rather than just a hotel room. Noise from foot traffic and other rooms was practically non-existent, and the only sounds coming from the beach front were the wonderful waves through our open balcony screened door and windows. After a week of walking the beach and driving the beach front road, we felt Emerald Isle was perfectly positioned, with the least amount of beach crowding. We enjoyed every day spent in Florida and at Emerald Isles, and will most definitely return here again on our next journey to the area. We highly recommend Resort Realty as a source to book living accommodations, and the Emerald Isle location specifically.
