George Potsidis purchased this apartment in 2010
George's place on college hill was perfect for my 10 year reunion at Brown. The house is located on a beautiful street about a 10 minute walk from Thayer and the main Brown Campus. There is a Starbucks, a CVS and a bank right next to the house, along with several very nice restaurants. The place itself is very cozy and beautifully decorated. Communication with the lady that manages the property . I felt welcome from the moment I booked. Would definitely stay there again.
This is a great property - well appointed and very secure. It's located in a lovely neighborhood - Wayland Square - with a CVS around the corner, a Starbucks across the street and several shops and restaurants just steps away. If you like to walk, Brown University is very close, RISD is right down the street and then downtown just a few blocks more - all about a two mile walk. Be sure to visit McBride's Pub - the live music is great.
A charming place, well kept up, artistically decorated. The owners were very helpful with everything.
Located in the heart of Providence's East Side, the Wayland Square neighborhood is only steps away from internationally renowned Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
