This apartment has the best view of all Brickell. There is no better place to stay than the ICON. The amenities are amazing with an infinity pool that looks directly into the ocean. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. There are a couple of very good restaurants at the building and usually there's live music playing by the pool. I would definitely return. Two thumbs up!
A++++++++!! If you’re looking for a place that feels like home while your away this unit is for you! Every single thing that the website stated this unit offered it did plus more! My guests and I were provided with outstanding services from the staffing to even booking our stay. You will definitely know that you got your monies worth staying in this unit. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous from the inside to the balcony of this unit. Don’t forget to take a swim in the pools, and check out the spa. If you want to catch the late night scene you will receive VIP access to visit Club 50 which is on the 50th floor in the same building! The Icon/Viceroy is located in the heart of Brickell adjacent to Downtown Miami walking distance to Mary Brickell Village, Bayside Marketplace, American Airlines Arena, James L. Knight Center, Gusman Center and all of the great restaurants and shops located throughout Brickell and Downtown Miami. Drive 15 minutes or less to South Beach, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and the Miami International Airport.

Damage Protection Policy -----a $250 hold will be put on the guest's credit card the arrival date to cover any potential damages to the property. That hold will be released no later than 72 hours after the guest departure.
Cancellations policy –penalties for cancellations are as follows: full deposit, less a $150 administration fee, returned if cancelled 120 days or more prior to stay. 50% of deposit returned if cancelled less than 120 days but more than 60 days prior to stay. Full deposit lost if cancelled less than 60 days prior to stay. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
