The one bedroom/one bath unit is an amazing space with compelling design. The essence of the unit is stucco and glass, walnut and stainless, custom built-ins and designer fixtures. Architecturally designed with 10 foot ceilings, step from the living area through massive glass sliding doors onto the deck and courtyard. The design is an open concept living area with wall mounted 55 inch Samsung TV, walnut accent wall, walnut island and counters. The chef kitchen includes custom cabinetry, pre-rinse high arch faucet, gas cook-top and oven, stainless appliances and washer and dryer. The private bedroom has a queen bed with hotel quality linens, ceiling fan, built in dresser and 2nd wall mounted TV. The en-suite bath features chandeliers lighting, designer fixtures and walk-in shower with comfort bench.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is perfectly sized and has the feel of downtown while being located in Central Austin. The kitchen is fully stocked and is designed with the convenience of a large island containing a porcelain sink with chef faucet, under counter dishwasher and dual trash/recycling pullout, and ample workspace on the Walnut counter-top and island. A few years ago my husband and I were looking for a business that we would enjoy when we decided to retire. We decided to convert long-term rentals to short term rentals. We now have 3 properties and manage a fourth. We are founding members of the Austin Rental Alliance (ARA), a group of responsible Austin vacation rental owners. Beautiful quality furnishings, very quiet inside, ultra modern Asian influence

The owner is a very sweet thoughtful lady. Everything you need for a getaway. Linens and furnishings are high end. Gourmet kitchen, very quiet inside, a perfect location to surrounding activities, we intend to stay there every time we are in Austin if it’s available!

Lie down and look through tree branches while in the city

Perfect north Austin location; comfortable walking distance to huge Half Price Books, local brew house, and funky restaurant row. Amazingly quiet for inside the city, and felt very safe for a lone traveler. Cindy and Armin were very responsive to anything the condo needed, and gave me my own combination. Was what I needed those two months--calm, safe, accessible, a kitchen to do my own cooking. Would definitely tell friends about the location.

Comfortable and suitable for my needs.

In preparation for a new tenant, should check for outdated items left in the refrigerator by previous guests that have gone rancid. Perhaps a dry cleaning of the duvet is due.

Cozy Hideaway

This was a very nice cozy spot, especially for a couple's getaway. Clean and updated. Out of the downtown crowd but you can get there down MOPAC in 15 minutes or so. Also a lot to do close by. We did yoga, canoeing on the lake, spinning class on 5th street, brewery tours and "The Domain" area, which was very cool. Cindy was super helpful. All around a great place in Austin. Recommended!!

Urban Retreat for Two

My husband and two small dogs stayed at the condo during ACL and it was perfect for us. The condo came stocked with everything we needed. It was close to a busy intersection but that did not bother us falling asleep or sleeping in. We were very close to a coffee shop, a great Mexican restaurant, and a gas station for late night snacks. The condo is behind a main rental home which was rented during our stay but the main house has a separate outside living area from the condo. We had our privacy when sitting outside enjoying the weather under the large pecan tree. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome

We booked this property as we were trying to look for homes to buy in Austin on short notice. Cindy was great, and was able to accommodate the short notice as well as offer us a short extension if we needed it before the next renters were to arrive on Oct 2nd. The condo was beautiful, well appointed with all new interior. The bed was comfortable and she stocked the condo very well with items we may have needed throughout our stay. She even offered us a pack n play for our infant daughter. We had trouble one day connecting to the internet (our own error), but Cindy responded immediately to our questions and then followed up later to make sure it still worked.

The location was great, easy access to all major roads, and very easy to find. Behind the property there was a gas station (great for last minute needs) as well as a good and affordable Mexican restaurant around the corner. There is also a great cafe and pub right across the street. It was also wonderful having a fenced yard for my daughter to play in without worrying she would wander into the street. I would definitely recommend this condo to a family member or friend.
