About Brooke Roeder Andrus
Emerson Guest Properties was established in 2011, and is owned and operated by Brooke Roeder Andrus, a long time Austin resident. She first became involved in the business by renting her own property as a short-term rental, and quickly found it to be something she both enjoyed and excelled at. It was her desire to provide an experience that would exceed guests' expectations and she developed the skills and know-how needed to do so via the hands-on experience of managing her own rental. It didn't take long for other like-minded property owners to notice her knack and recruit her help. Brooke built Emerson Guest Properties with the goal of directly facilitating positive guest experiences and providing the upmost of care for the homes she represents. She treats every guest with great care and consideration, and treats every home she manages like she would her own.

Cute, comfortable bungalow
Perfect for our group of 7 women to relax and spend time together while in Austin for a Women’s Training Network seminar. Cute, clean, comfortable beds with all the amenities we needed. Easy booking with no hiccups to the process. Quiet at night, so no problem sleeping. Don’t hesitate to book!

Big house.
This house is perfect for a family or 2 couples with kids. This house is actually huge. It doesn't look that big from the front because its a long house or sits deep on the lot. Quite neighborhood and 5 minutes north of UT campus. This owner had this house spotless which is my families number one priority.

Convenient location, clean, well stocked, roomy
We stayed here for a girls weekend for 5 days. It was very conveniently located. The place clean and very spacious. We had 5 adults and plenty of room to stretch out. The decor was adorable. Just loved it !!!

Brentwood Bungalow was fab!
The Brentwood Bungalow was a great home for our girls' weekend. The house interior had everything we needed, was decorated very cute, and had comfy beds and high end appliances. It would have been nice to have some outdoor space (grill, patio table, chairs) to use during the lovely weather; the backyard was kind of a mess during our stay but perhaps it's under renovation. Overall a nice stay!
Nice house that worked fine for 4 guys
A nice house with 4 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that worked well for 4 guys staying there. The location was good and the house was well kept. The furniture could have been more comfortable but it was sufficient.
