For your safety we have a key-less coded door entry - allowing you to drive directly to the property so you do not need to check in at an office, and no Keys needed.

We wish to let our guests know - DUE TO COVID - 19 CONCERNS - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect all high contact surfaces in line with CDC recommended policies.

For new reservations ( dated from Sept 2020 ) - we have adjusted our cancellation policy to the most flexible option offered by the site - RELAXED, and continue to offer that.

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

For groups who can travel, we are providing a safe and private space for families who wish to take a break thru this difficult time from the restrictions in their home state/country, or perhaps taking a vacation that was cancelled earlier in the year.

All our homes have a private pool ALWAYS HEATED AND fully screened, just for you to enjoy - no contact with other groups - plus the homes are spacious, fully equipped, for all group members to relax, enjoy family time, or perhaps are “working from home” Or have online education, and can utilize the high speed wifi.

Grocery stores continue to be open in our area, and provide deliveries or curbside pick up as do restaurants, and all essential services continue to be provided.

- 2nd bedroom is a KING MASTER SUITE -located upstairs and is the only bedroom on that floor level

- 3rd bedroom is a QUEEN MASTER SUITE on ground level - at the front of the property, for privacy.

This property is ideal for 3 couples PLUS there are the two twin rooms.

We have made the bedding suitable for all groups - ( not just for kids!)

One of our major upgrades to the home has been to tile the entry area, formal living room, dining room, family room, nook and huge kitchen - we chose a quality tile that looks like wood - it worked out GREAT! (all new carpets too)

The kitchen is well equipped for 12 people, cupboards well stocked for cooking, eating out by the pool, and that important blender for cocktails!

- Pool is 28 x 14 feet - on an oversized deck. The spa cascades into the pool. Pool and spa IS INCLUDED for all stays booked from February 2022 - not extra fee.

Plenty of deck space to enjoy the Florida sun.
