With a full kitchen you can enjoy your meals in your room or go to one of the fantastic restaurants in Breckenridge. Take time to relax in front of the fireplace in the living room or take in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony. Bedding includes a Queen in the master, a bunk bed (full) with another pull out bed in the drawer, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room has a TV/DVD player and there is a flat screen in the living room with a DVD player. All TVs have cable and there is an IPOD station for your music. After a long day relax in the indoor pool and spa.

Clean, cozy property close to all the action on Main Street

Scott was great to work with, super quick response time and always available by phone to answer all my questions. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. The property was clean, very spacious for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. The underground parking was a huge bonus. The master bed was pretty uncomfortable but for 2 nights we managed. The location was great for walking to Main Street for all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely consider staying at this property again (especially if they ditched the old coil spring master mattress).

Awesome condo in a great location!

We visited Breckinridge for a girls weekend. The condo had plenty of room, and was walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We can't wait to go back!

Nice place; could be "spiced" up.

Overall a good value. Great location, comfortable and clean. Our group cooked quite often and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils and gadgets. Though what was lacking -- and this is a pet peeve of mine -- was the absence of any odd spices, sugar, even remnants of salt and pepper! How about telling the cleaning staff not to pilfer (or throw out!) whatever items previous guests have left behind? We donated a few to the cause, including a jar of red pepper flakes and a roll of plastic wrap. I hope they are still there.

Winter 2016

We are staying at the condo during Christmas and New Years break! We've had a great time skiing, walking into town, and relaxing. The accomodations were great - cozy family room area, kitchen ammenities were great for meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Very clean and convenient location. My family had a great time!

Fantastic

The unit was very, very clean.

Plenty of dishes, pots and pans.

Comfortable beds and linens.

The way the unit was set up its very comfortable and roomie.

its a corner unit so the views were nice!

We plan on renting this unit again for our trip next year.

I love that it is so conveniently located and just a short walk to town or you can hope on the free bus and ride to the ski resort.

If you eat out, you have to try Empire Hamburgers and the various dipping sauces for your fries!
