Everything is new including the air-conditioning, brand new modern furniture and 40'' flat screen TV with premium programming and DVD player.
The apartment comes completely outfitted with bed linen, towels and a complete kitchen. Don't miss your 700 square foot rooftop terrace, with views of the Atlantic Ocean or watch the cruise ships as they enter and leave the Bay. Spacious apartment bathing in natural light perfect for 4 adults. Walking distance to beach and very friendly supermarket. Roof top terrace is a plus. El Hamburger is a tasty local restaurant right up the street. We drove into Old San Juan several nights and used parking garage. Apartment is super close to 26 which gives you access to any of the roads to explore all 4 corners of the island. I'd recommend a car and not for family with children.
Was very pleased with the property. Was a very short walk to the beach with the added benefits of walking distance to downtown Old San Juan and Condado. Martin and Gary were extremely helpful during our visit.
Lots of space and great location. Better than anything else we could find for the same price near San Juan.
The home was comfortable. Air conditioning kept the home cool. It is a short walk from a nice public beach and large park. Downtown is a mile walk. There are some nice eateries nearby. The owner was quick to address any concerns we had. You will have to buy any food including coffee and condiments. Having coffee and a few condiments at the home would have been nice.
The property is very clean and spacious. Martin is great and is always avalible to answer any questions you may have. Parking was never a problem in front of the apartment. We have been to old San Juan many times and mostly eat out and it is never a problem finding great food but if you are planing on cooking. There are minimal pots and pans there for cooking but don't expect to find any supplies salt, pepper, oil, ect. They don't want you to leave any either So you have to throw it away or take it with you. The knives there are very dull so pack a few good knives and spices if you plan on cooking meals. Would stay here again without question!
The location was about a 1/2 hour walk from Old San Juan and the free onstreet parking was hassle free. It was nice to be so near the coast as well, with the views that provided. The interior was tastefully decorated. I loved the coral tiling throughout. If we had been staying longer we would likely have used the rooftop for hanging out. On the downside, the exterior gate caused us a little confusion and the locks were a little frustrating but Martin was promptly available via text message to help us with it and various other questions. Would have been nice to meet Martin in person upfront however...
