This 120sqm apartment is located on on the second floor of a secure residential Paris apartment building with an elevator and coded entry access.

This beautiful flat, situated in a classic Haussmanian building is your perfect home away from home during your visit to Paris. With beautiful wood flooring, detailed crown molding and large French windows throughout, you are sure to feel at home in this flat. Accommodating up to six guests, it is the perfect retreat for a family or a group looking for a little extra space.

Upon entering, you are greeted with a grand entryway. From here you have access to the living room and sitting area with high ceilings, large windows and balcony access. The balcony spawns the entire length of the apartment to make it truly Parisian. There is also a TV with a mix of English, French and other foreign channels. There is also a decorative fireplace for added character.

Next to the living room is a full dining room with a large table and seating for 6. There is no better place to enjoy a family meal at home than around this table. The room is elegant and grand and will make any home dining experience feel chic.

In the back of the flat, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. There is a washing machine, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, teakettle, coffee maker and more. All pots, pans, crockery and utensils are provided so that you can prepare meals in the comfort of your own home and benefit from the fresh produce sold at the nearby Raspail market. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs where you can enjoy a morning croissant or pain au chocolat from the boulangerie located just up the street.

Off of the main hallway lies the large bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower, toilet, and hand sink. Fresh towels, sheets and linens are provided for the start of your stay. Complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo and soap are also included with the rental. There's an additional water closet off the main hall with a toilet and sink.

Just opposite of the bathroom is the Master bedroom. The master bedroom faces a quiet inside courtyard so you are sure to get a good night’s rest after a long day of sightseeing. It contains a queen size bed, decorative fireplace and plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.

The second and third bedrooms are located to the back of the flat. Both bedrooms contain comfortable double beds and decorative fireplaces. They both face the street but have double glazed windows to block out the city sounds. Both bedrooms also give access on to the long balcony. Upon arrival, you will find all of the beds neatly made and ready for you. Access to the third bedroom is only possible via the second bedroom. The third bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower, toilet and hand sink.

There is no better place to enjoy your Parisian holiday than in this spacious and elegant flat. With its prime location and exclusive amenities, you are sure to have a memorable stay!

These apartments are carefully selected by me so that you will be able experience the true Parisian lifestyle in luxury and comfort, all while staying close to great shops, bakeries, restaurants and the most famous sights in Paris.

We will provide you with everything you need for your stay in your fully furnished, fully equipped apartment including towels, bed linens and 24-hour assistance in case you should need anything.

Beautiful apartment. Best location.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The style, condition and location of the building were all absolutely AMAZING. A few things to note: the apartment itself would be much nicer decorated. The white walls are bare with only a few empty hooks with sparse, empty shelves throughout the space; this could easily be rectified to make the space cozier and more interesting. Also, the neighbors below the apartment are very, very, very noise sensitive. We were a group of six 50-year-old women, left for our day early every morning and returned after dinner. Some light laughing upon walking into the apartment one evening out sent the neighbor up to our door within minutes, requesting us to be quiet. Otherwise, it was Parisian perfection!

The transaction was very smooth. All of our questions were answered promptly. Communication was great. The woman who met us with the keys was quite helpful. The apartment feels completely secure. A beautiful little outdoor market was set up just across the street, two of the days we were there -- so nice!

Our guests often prefer to stay in an apartment that is free of the owner's possessions so that they may make themselves feel at home for their stay instead of working around someone else's belongings. We would like to apologize for the fact that the neighbour's asked you to be quiet as we understand that they can be quite sensitive. We have discussed this matter with them to come to a better understanding of what an acceptable noise level is, especially at certain hours of the day. Beautiful apartment, spacious and comfortable with a great locaton

This was a lovely, large apartment in the 8e, close to coffee shops, restaurants, the train station and metros. Our family of four had plenty of room, and plenty of bathrooms! We enjoyed meals in, as the kitchen was pretty fully equiped, and went out whenever we felt like it too. The apartment has 10 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows-so it's quite beautiful in and of itself. There's no air-conditioning; we fortunately, did not have very hot days, so the fans were all we needed. The runners in the family had beautiful runs every morning in the Jardin du Luxembourg. The 8e isn't as exciting as the 5e, but for that reason probably suited our needs better as we had fewer crowds whenever we did go out. The Landlords were most accommodating and reachable, so check in and out was very easy. The lady who maintains the building was very friendly and we had some nice chats! Overall, for a family, I'd say this was the best place I've found in Paris and I've stayed in a lot of places!

Haven't received our security deposit back

We spent 8 days at this beautiful apartment and left it clean and in good condition. However they have not returned our security deposit. I have emailed and they said their accounting department was looking into it but I have heard nothing for 3 weeks. We checked out June 28...that's plenty of time to get it refunded. Do not stay here unless you are planning to give away your security deposit. Very disappointed.

Wonderful Neighborhood

This is a great apartment in an even better location. The neighborhood is full of great shops and restaurants and close to several Metro stops. We especially enjoyed the neighborhood market across the street that takes place a few days a week (one day it's all organic produce too!). The beds in the bedrooms are comfy and the bedding was excellent - super warm. Overall the flat was quite charming and the neighborhood even more so! Paul and his check-in assistant Lizzie were so kind and helpful during our stay. Luxembourg Gardens is a must see/do - take a sandwich and go sit in the park just to people walk. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Amazing trip!

The apartment was beautiful, everything is as mentioned listing was just as we found it. There was a handy folio of information related to the flat wifi passwords, building codes etc. provided - but also a handy guide of things to do and see in the area, with places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was conveniently located a short walk to Saint-Sulpice, and the check in process was hassle free, with the main details agreed on ahead of our stay. David who was our contact point, was always on hand to answer any questions we had, and all the necessary details were given to us in advance. I would most definitely recommend the apartment, and I myself would stay here again. Thanks to both!
