Sandy Feat is a Fort Morgan beach house rental located in the Dunes subdivision. Sandy Feat beach house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach house (per side) and is convertible into a large 8 bedroom 6 bathroom home by a six foot opening between the living areas. Sandy Feat beach house is "beachside", meaning there is no major road to cross to get to the beach. The beach and community pool are within a short walk and there are no highways to cross. This Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan beach house rental wireless Internet. This home is a lot like "Four Fun" beach home. Sandy Feat is located within the Dunes Subdivision, near the Fort Morgan Marina and the Fort. The beach views are fabulous from the porches!

EVENT POLICY- If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taken place during their stay. The following conditions apply:

-On top of the $500 (that goes to the owner of the home), you will also have to pay a $2,500 fee to the Dunes Association for any events taking place in this neighborhood. (Palms Beach House and Sandy Feat Beach House)

- Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner.

- No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times.

- The event must take place outside the home.

- If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured.

- There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (portable chemical toilets).

- A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site.

- A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed.

- A plan in the event of inclement weather. If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.

We stayed this past week in this house and it was fantastic!! We were able to get to the beach by just walking along the roadway to the boardwalk. What a great subdivision, the kids rode bikes around and found alot of other kids to play with. Very Laid back area and that is what we enjoyed the most!

Cool Spot, Great House

This was my first time to stay in the Dunes Subdivision. Our group had a great time. We had all ages with us from 68 to a 2 year old. The Beach is a short walk down the subdivision rd. The pool is even closer. We really enjoyed the space with 2 kitchens and living areas. I would recommend to anyone

Perfect House for up to 4 or 5 familes

We rented the entire house with 3 other families for a week. We put adults on one side and all the kids on the other. Could not have been a more perfect setup. The unit was immaculate when we arrived and there was no disappointment when we saw the unit in person vs the pictures. It's even better seeing it in person. We did not have the first problem with the house all week. The views off the back deck are amazing at sunset. The walk to the beach is manageable even with small kids. The golf cart is also a huge help.

The only downside which is completely unrelated to the house is that the "neighborhood" has 2 multistory condo buildings. We were hoping that by being this far down the island we would pretty much have the beach all to ourselves. The beach was not crowded by any means compared to Destin and the other high-rise strips but it had a few more people than we anticipated. The beach traffic was a little more than we had hoped but by no means would it stop us from staying in this house again under the same circumstances.

Fantastic house, incredible vacation, and looking forward to hopefully doing it all again here soon.
