To begin, we were assigned an accessible room, in itself not a problem except that there were not enough places to sit in the living area (we were told to bring in the metal patio chairs), the countertops were uncomfortably low, the kitchen bar area was turned into a 18" square island with no room for even a single stool, and there were limited lower cabinets. The silverware holder did not fit in any drawers so that it was placed on a shelf at knee level. The kitchen faucet was hanging off and the mini dishwasher was nowhere near the sink. In the bathrooms, the shower benches would not fold up leaving limited space to stand and the shower head was so high that my 6' husband could not reach it to adjust it out of my face. The shower curtains did not reach the floor so water poured out with every shower and we used all the extra towels to soak up the water. The heating/cooling was inconsistent- the front bedroom was like a sauna and the other two were freezing. The gas fireplace, while a nice touch, did not have a fan so it just heated up the glass and walls. The location is good for access to Santa Rosa area wineries but the nearest restaurant or grocery store requires a car or Lyft/Uber. Plan on spending the extra money for Wi-fi (not complimentary) as traditional phone data plans don't work very well because of the nearby airport. Although it was not awful, we will not stay here again.
