Indoor pool and hot tub, quality complimentary breakfast, grand piano in the lobby, nice room with a quite air conditioner, reasonable room rate (late November) USA today news paper.
We have stayed at this resort multiple times & it has always been great. The rooms are always immaculate and comfortable.
It was furnished very nice before but this year had been remodeled with dark cabinets, granite countertops in kitchen & bath, and new furniture. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful.
The kitchen is stocked with all the essential dishes, glasses, pans, bowls & utensils you will need. The washer & dryer are handy so you don't have to pack much.
The decks on all buildings back up to the national forest so you can relax in the pines. A gas grill makes cooking supper easy.
Hiking trails start right outside the property so we have many hours in the forest. We look forward to every visit here, am sure will be back again, and highly recommend it to others.
Very nice units with lots of ammenities. Property has heated pool & 2 Jacuzzis, rec room, tennis court, basketball court, bacci ball and horse shoes.
Backs up to a Pine Tree forest and off a main road enough so traffic noice is minimal. Not a high density layout so units are pretty private. Very close to Pintop, which has lots of good places to dine at.
I love this place and have stayed before...very clean, well set up and friendly staff in Pinetop. The problem is along of the line of booking and actual Pinetop check in there seems to be a problem. I booked through VRBO, got my confirmation and my account was debited. I called just to make sure things were ok and was told that they didn't see my reservation. I got a call the morning of leaving from Worldmark Corp that my reservation was all there and I was good to go...so we left(2 hours late). Half way there I get a call from Worldmark that there was no 1 bedroom, but they could do 2 studios instead. I said fine but only if they were next to each other. I wasn't going up to stay alone. No problem I was told! When getting there they only had 2 studios 1/2 a property away from each other! They did finally the last night get my son and I next to each other, but sure puts a dapper on your vacation dealing with phones calls and each blaming the other : ( I know this is not Pinetop resorts fault, but the worldmark corporation that gives them the reservations. They tried to blame VRBO, but like I said I got a call from worldmark corp saying everything was set. My question would be if I rented an owners timeshare and it was already filled, then who got the extra payment from who was staying in it. I was compensated with the studios, but another guy with a family was told no condo and they worked for 3 hours to find him somewhere else to stay.
