Stay on a 2007 luxury Yacht located in the heart of The Historic Seaport of Key West just 3 blocks from Sloppy Joe's and the parties on Duval Street. This three cabin owners version Lagoon 420 with three heads(bathrooms in sailor-speak) and three showers has all of the amenities including a large shared swimming pool very close by. Entertain friends on the large decks. Enjoy beautiful sunsets with a cocktail onboard your private yacht.
Quiet at night the action is only three blocks from Party Central - the world famous Duval Street.
Our marina is very calm and our dock is well protected. Aria is 25 feet wide and very stable.
Watch the boats by day, walk to Duval Street and Mallory Square just a few short blocks away. This is the best location in Key West. It is quiet at night and close to great restaurants, shops, clubs and bars.
Our yacht Aria is equipped with air conditioning, heat, blender, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping for six, lots of inside and outside space.
Aria has sailed in France, Spain, Gibraltar, the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. She is outfitted for living in comfort!

Restless Native is a family owned company with one boat in our 'Fleet'. Our boat 'Aria' was our home for over a year in Europe and the Caribbean. After a bout with cancer, I decided that I wanted to spend some very good quality time with my family without the normal day to day distractions.
In June 2007 we went to live on Aria. After six weeks of outfitting our boat in the beautiful French Port of La Rochelle on the Atlantic Ocean we departed for Spain. We sailed to Spain, Portugal, Gibraltar and into the Mediterranean.
Since the weather was bad and getting worse, we had a crew sail Aria from Barcelona, Spain to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean.
We sailed the Caribbean for several months until we returned home to Hawaii.
We now live in the wonderful Florida Keys where we are able to enjoy sailing Aria whenever we want to.
Jacqueline Hammond purchased this yacht in 2007
Key West is a wonderful and vibrant city with terrific restaurants, hotels, friendly people, great diving, snorkeling and of course, sailing.
Our location in the Historic City Marina in 'Old Town' is ideal. It is the most protected berth in the harbor and we are close to everything that Key West offers. During the day, the seaport is a bustling harbor but at night it is extremely quiet and serene.
We want to share our love for the water with new friends and this is the ideal way.
Staying onboard a luxury yacht in the Historic Seaport of Key West is a unique experience. You can enjoy the amenities of a luxury hotel and still be part of the community. All stays include private crewed sailing time.
Do you dream of sailing on a yacht? Aria is 42 feet long by 25 feet wide and is very spacious and stable. Living on a boat is a unique experience for those who love the boating lifestyle and the water. This is the perfect way to experience the real Key West.
Spend Labor Day weekend on the water. The boat was better than advertised with plenty of room for 6 adults. It was extremely hot and humid that weekend but inside the boat remained cool and comfortable. One of our group suffers from motion sickness, but she was fine for the entire weekend. The sunset cruise was the highlight of the trip. So nice to be on a comfortable boat with just our travelling group. Felt sorry for all the others that were seeing the sunset on a 'cattle-maran' cruise. Those boats were packed to the gills with not even enough room to move around.
The harbor was quiet in the evenings and nights. Our group spend our afternoons lounging at the pool at the Marker Hotel. The Marker Hotel is within 2 blocks of the boat. The Marker pool as a nice bar and restaurant. And they were very welcoming.
Mark was a great host. He was close enough if we needed anything, but we never did
We truly had an amazing experience! It had all the comforts with a unique and adventurous spin! We will be back! Thank you, Captain Mark! You're the best!
Aria was a fantastic experience for a family of four. The boat was clean, well equipped and placed in a great location. If there was a negative it would have been that the "shared" pool is not exactly a common/shared pool. It is a privately owned bar/pool which caters to a "spring break" crowd. I would not recommend for a relaxing, family friendly environment. So, there is no family/shared pool! Also, the sunset sail was a little disappointing, in that, the sail was not used, even though many other sails were up that evening and it was more of a "motor" trip. Yet, overall a good experience.
We have stayed in many hotels, b&bs, rental houses in Key West; staying on the Aria was a unique and awesome experience. We are 3 couples: mom, dad and adult children with their partner.
Our 3 day stay on the beautiful sail catamaran Aria was idyllic. From my first phone conversation with Captain Mark I knew he was professional and had a great vibe. The picturesque sunset trip kicked off the weekend and was the perfect romantic setting for a marriage proposal! (She said yes!)
We booked a snorkel trip the following morning and were blessed with excellent weather and visibility on the reef. We saw turtles, yellowtail snapper, barracuda, reef sharks, parrot fish and many tropical fish and coral.
Captain Mark and the crew were pleasant, accommodating and helpful. The Aria is beautiful and well appointed with clean, comfortable staterooms each with its own bathroom and shower. That said, do bring your own tervis tumblers for your happy hour cocktails!
The location in the historic seaport is, in my opinion, the best place to be in KW, with some of the best bars and restaurants within view of the Aria's berth on the dock. Old Town and Duval Street are a 5 minute walk away. Oh! And the view of Key West Harbor from the boat is extremely entertaining. I can spend an indefinite period of time just watching the dingys, tour boats, yachts and sailboats sailing in and out of the harbor. Very amusing!
I recommend a stay on the Aria for anyone who enjoys Key West dock and boating culture and adventure on the high seas as well as on land! We are so grateful for our time on the Aria!
Boat was awesome. Captain Mark was great. Really grateful for our experience on the boat.
We decided to vacation on the Aria after a friend recommended it. They are adventure seekers and like to do things that are out of the ordinary and so do we. The Aria is meticulously kept inside and out. The staterooms are spacious for a boat and the bed linens were high quality and the bed was very comfortable. There's something about sleeping on a boat that always helps us sleep like babies. The bathroom had everything that you needed and the water pressure was great in the shower. Although I didn't prepare any meals while on board, everything that you would need to prepare a gourmet meal was there. The galley was better equipped than my own kitchen at home. The salon had plenty of room for our party of 3 couples and one single to eat comfortably and the rear deck had plenty of room to relax or enjoy a meal or cocktail outside. Some of our favorite times spent on the Aria were after coming back in the evening from the hustle and bustle of Key West and sitting on the forward deck and enjoy the peace and quiet of the marina. It was stunning at night! Captain Mark suggested amazing restaurants, attractions and places to shop that were all within walking distance. We have been coming to Key West for many years and he suggested places we have never been to which we would have missed otherwise. The location couldn't have been better. My husband is disabled and he was able to enjoy all the festivities because we were so close to everything we wanted. We especially enjoyed our snorkeling trip with Captain Mark who showed us sea creatures that some of us had never seen up close. The Aria was a dream to sail on and my normally seasick prone husband felt fine our entire stay. We got everything that we expected and so much more from our stay and we can't wait to celebrate another birthday on the Aria! We have recommended it to all of our family and friends.
