Loved this property... We (family of 4 with children 13 and 8) stayed for just 3 nights after a 10 night break in Key West. The apartment is roomy and airy and the master bed one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. We enjoyed the lovely views from the terrace and spent an afternoon at the rooftop pool which we had all to ourselves. We didn't use the car once as plenty of restaurants and supermarket ( Publix) in walking distance as was the beach which was beautiful. If you want to be near South beach this apartment is further out but as we had already done this area before it was nice to be in North beach and see something different. My son loved counting the expensive sports cars as they drove by as we walked Collins and we dreamed of one day owning one of the houses overlooking the water with a yacht and jet ski parked up.

Clean, modern Miami Beach apartment

Great experience in a non-beachfront apartment in mid-beach area of Miami. Easy check in with a well furnished kitchen and comfortable beds. Weather was cool so we didn't use the balcony. Took quite a while to get to South Beach area but the beach was an easy walk. Great biking, too.

Great stay

The owner Iulia, made us feel very confortable. The apartment very well kept, modern and the king size bed has a great matress. The terrace has a nice view of the water.

But the best part was that it was walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), market (5 minutes) and the Bath Club (I went for a nice wedding reception).

I would definetly consider going back.

a wonderful property, just as described!

We spent 4 days at this property. It is a beautiful, quiet space, with plenty of room and a lovely water view. It is conveniently located just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, which was perfect for us. Beach towels are provided. The owner, Iulia, is very easy and pleasnt to deal with, and offered helpful suggestions as to places to eat and shop. I would highly recommend this property

Great location, great condo! Definitely would recommend!

My wife and our two children (ages 10 and 13) stayed at this property during Christmas week 2015.

The condo is clean, spacious and comfortable and seemed larger than the pictures convey. The master suite includes a king bed, a very large walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom was perfect for the kids, with two twins, a large closet, and separate full bathroom. It has a pleasant lived-in feel, rather than being sterile and antiseptic--if you want to feel as though you're staying in a hotel, this isn't the place for you--but it is very clean.

The kitchen has all of the basics, from coffee maker and toaster to pots and pans and utensils for cooking. There were even some staples, such as sugar, flour, cooking oil, and spices, as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap. If you plan on cooking while there, check the stock before you head off to the Publix (which is a walkable .8 miles away).

On the roof you will find a pool and hot tub. While we were there the heating element on the pool was out of commission, making it a bit too cold for my comfort, but the kids didn't mind! My wife and I enjoyed the hot tub, from which we had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline beyond.

As the pictures show, the condo is located on the river side, rather than the street side, meaning that we never heard any traffic noise. The building itself is located on a residential block, so it is very quiet in general. A block north the shops, cafes, and restaurants begin, so food is nearby, including standard fare (such as pizza, subs, and burgers) and a range of Latin-American choices. The building has 24/7 security and secure off-the-street parking, which is a nice touch--not that I ever felt unsafe in the area.

Public beach access is a stone's throw away from the condo, though it does involve crossing a busy street (or two). If you're willing to jay walk, it's a fairly straight shot across two one-way roads. If you're seeking the safety of a cross walk, you'll have to head to either end of the block and add about 100 yards to your journey. Either way, the short walk will bring you to a beach that we found to be uncrowded, clean, and largely populated by families.

Finally, it is worth noting that we never encountered any significant traffic problems driving to and from the condo. Because we were there during the holidays, YMMV, but from the city to the condo is a relatively shot on the major roads.
