Situated just a short walk from Gaudi's emblematic work in progress, the Sagrada Familia, this modern apartment is ideal for a family or group trip to Barcelona.

Hard wood contrasting against white walls runs throughout the entire apartment.

For something different, have a go at ice skating with facilities just one block away, or take a walk to Barceloneta beach. The Caspe apartment offers a wealth of opportunities in the Mediterranean capital.

The apartment is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, with modernist façades, terrace cafés and grand avenues leading to Gaudí’s famous Sagrada Familia cathedral or down to the Arc de Triomf and Barcelona’s beautiful city park.

Great location, comfortable apartment

Highly recommend this apartment, its location and the management. There were only two of us, but this apartment would have comfortably accommodated 4 people. Convenient location -- walked almost everywhere! And when we wanted a cab, there was one nearby. Very close to the Arc de Triomf in Barcelona. Very clean. Well-equipped kitchen, washing machine (and drying rack). Everything we needed was included (e.g., plenty of toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.). Only recommendation would be to provide extra towels -- we ended up taking multiple showers a day after walking miles in hot weather. Check in/out was easy. Catching the train from the airport ended up being more of an ordeal than we had expected -- took a cab back to the airport.

Chelo is a such good host. She helped us finding a parking garage with a good rate. She actually walked over to the garage and confirmed for us. She gave us beach towels when she learned we were going to the beach. The condo is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. Highly recommended.

A comfortable, clean and renovated apartment in the center of Barcelona

We are glad to find this apartment and plan to use it in the future when coming to Barcelona. It has a great location in the center to the city, with walking distance to all main attraction and architectural highlights. While it is located on a rather quiet street, the main bedroom faces the internal courtyard, so at night it is absolutely quiet.

It has been renovated with all new contemporary bathroom equipment and very clean. The size is good for a family of up to 4 (maybe 5 if one does not mind sleeping in the living room) or two couples if they don’t mind sharing the bathroom.

Our manager Chelo was very helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns, including arrangement of the taxi on our departure to the airport. She also was great in all communications during the booking process as well.

So, overall it was a great experience, thank you Chelo!

Lovely Barcelona Apartment

We were all very happy with the apartment in Barcelona. The apartment was clean, freshly updated, centrally located, and had all the proper amenities.

Loved the owner who met us and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. We would definately rent again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our visit and Chelo’s apartment was the perfect fit for us and in the perfect location, not in the center of all the action but within walking distance to everything it was great! Chelo was great, greeted us on our arrival and gave us the 411 on everything from site seeing to grocery shopping which is about 2 blocks from the apartment. I will definitely stay there again on our next vacation back to Barcelona!

Wonderful Stay

There were four of us and the apartment and location was great. We all enjoyed ourselves and Chelo was helpful in every way .

If you are staying in Barcelona you will not be disappointed to stay at this apartment.
