Can’t Wait to go Back!
We rented this home for a week as a large, extended family that included two young families with children and a set of grandparents. It’s a beautiful, large home with plenty of quiet places to escape if you need privacy. The pool and spa were amazing. We loved watching dolphins and other fish right in front of the home. Everything was clean and worked well. The property manager was available to us at all times, even when we had a question come up on Easter Sunday. It was well stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, towels and other household items one would need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again in the future.
Jungle Shores House Excellent Review
The Jungle Shores House was a perfect fit for our group of 10 people (2 parents and 8 boys 16-18 yrs old) We loved the spectacular views, private pool and spa, pool table, ping pong table and the 2 kayaks. This house was very spacious and even with having 8 boys playing hard inside and out, my husband and i were able to relax and enjoy our vacation with ease. We had a couple issues with the main fridge not cooling and the air conditioning not working on the 2nd level but the management company took care of it right away and had service companies there to repair within a day. We paid extra to have the pool/spa heat and we highly recommend it but you can only heat one at a time so it was an inconvenience to have to keep switching the controls every time we wanted the spa heated. It only took about 20 minutes for the spa to heat up so we mostly just kept the heat on for the pool. The management company will walk you through how to use the controls that are located behind the bar on the bottom floor. The neighbors are in very close proximity to the home and pool area so make sure to abide by the neighborhood noise ordinance from 11 pm - 8 am. We liked only having a 5-10 minute drive to grocery stores and local beaches were anywhere from 10-30 minutes away so that was a huge plus. We enjoyed our week-long spring break vacation at this home and would rent it again in a heartbeat.
Our week stay was wonderful our family of 9, Grandparents to grand-kids (75-17) had plenty of room to hang out together or apart. The pool and spa was a favorite as were the kayaks. The kids like to play pool and watch movies downstairs. There are plenty of sites to see close by we enjoyed the Dali Museum, Treasure Island Beach, and John Pass. We would love to come back.
We all loved our stay, It’s A beautiful home and we can’t wait to rent it again!
Another Wonderful Stay
We completed another wonderful week at this beautiful, peaceful home. I brought my grown children this time along with their husbands and wives. The home is so spacious we were able to spread out in our perspective private rooms without bothering each other and yet the large gathering rooms accommodated our family of 6 perfectly with one bedroom to spare. We especially enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and pool. The dock has been redone with lights for the evening. We especially liked the new fish cleaning station. When you come get ready for plenty of beautiful views!
An Ideal Family Getaway
Our family of 9, ages 20 – 80, had been looking for a private vacation home that offered us time to be together and space for some personal downtime as well. Jungle Shores delivered!
The lower level was especially ideal for the university students in our group. They were able to play pool, watch tv/Netflix, listen to music, read, have their own fridge/bar area, and step into the garage gym or out to the pool/spa. The bedroom slept 4 comfortably (1 double, 2 twin). With the main doors closed, the lower level was soundproof. :0)
Jungle Shores House's location was ideal for all of us. We rented cars from the airport for the week and were able to enjoy galleries, museums, shops, the Amalie and great restaurants in St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota. We all came back rested and with plenty of wonderful memories.
Jungle Shores House is definitely on our "rent again" list!
