AMERICAN MANOR is a beautiful four bedroom, four bathroom home located in The Manor at West Haven – a gated community in the prestigious ChampionsGate area that features a playground area for children and tennis courts.

The home features two master suites, each with a king-sized bed. Both master suites have corner tubs and separate shower and one features private pool-patio access. The third bedroom has two twin beds (NO TV). The fourth bedroom has two full sized beds
These bedrooms both have attached bathrooms as well, making American Manor an ideal home for any group!

The private pool and spa are conservation-backed and designed to maximize your privacy while you enjoy your time swimming, soaking, or sitting on the patio. The home offers complimentary wireless internet for your convenience.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Dates needs a lot of repairing

The second half of the holiday was ruined by lovebugs due to their being holes and large tears in the mesh . due to it being old and a lack of maintenance even though it looked lovely.the lovebugs and other flying insects kept getting into the pool area thus spoiling our time around a large pool area and lovely pool .

Relaxing

The family had an awesome time..my only problem was trying to heat pool but the spa was Awesome...Lots of space and a bathroom for Every room!!!!

American Manor Stay Easter Week April 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was a great lay out for our family. There are two master bedrooms. The main master bedroom bed foot board had damage to it prior to out arrival and was a bit noisy to sleep on. We were at the parks early each day so the noise of the construction in the back did not really bother us, but it did sake the house at times which may explain a number of the cracked ceramic tile. The house was large and clean. Good stay here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice,but a little tired. good, as always--but the property was a little tired. The mail box had been knocked down by previous occupants, of example. In addition, one of the beds broke in the middle of the night. Needless to say, the person in the bed was taken aback. The bed was never fixed.

Great place perfect location

Perfect house with two master suites., pool, hot tub, and nice kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Off the beaten path in a gated community. Great weekend
