House is suitable for all seasons rentals.

Main floor has 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, living/dining room and kitchen. Upstairs has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and a terrace with magnificent views.

All rooms are airy with windows

An enclosed garden with patio is excellent for dining outdoors.

House is located less than 1km from beach promenade. The community is relaxing and quiet with attractive garden areas, palm trees, and picturesque courtyards. The community has two pools with plenty of space for sunbathing.

Local Area:

The community is close to 'La Duquesa Golf and Country Club'. It is situated on a hill leading to a magnificent beach with lovely promenade and beach side cafes. A short walk away is 'Duquesa Marina' with excellent opportunities for watersports. There is a range of restaurants, cafes, and bars along with shops, banks and supermarkets.

Places to visit:

Princesa Kristina is situated between the town of Estepona and the popular golf resort of Sotogrande. Within half an hour you can be shopping in Marbella or Puerto Banus (which also offers lively night-life), playing one of over 40 golf courses or enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery in the sierra Bermeja or visiting an African wildlife park at Selwo. Gibraltar with its interesting history is 30 minute drive away to the south. Go up the rock by cable car and see the amazing St. Michaels cave and meet the friendly apes, or take a day trip to Tangiers.

Twenty minutes from the house is the 18th century fortress of Castillo de La Duquesa in the middle of what was once a large roman fishing village. Situated by the sea, there are some quaint bars and popular seafood restaurants and also a small supermarket, there is also a children play area. A few minutes along a pleasant tree-lined beachfront promenade, you will come to the beautiful port of Duquesa with its many attractions. The vast choice of eating and drinking options here include French, Italian, Chinese, English and of course Spanish.

The village of Casares is another must see attraction within a 15 minute drive from the house, it is an amazing picture postcard village where on a clear day you can see the African coast and the Rock of Gibraltar.

Nice location

Nice and quite location, well equiped.We spent great vacations near very interesting places to visit Marbella,Malaga, Ronda.

Michael has been always avalaible for answering our questions.

Good holidays

We were there on July 2017. 3 adults and one child 4 years old. The house is good and spacious in some points needs to be fixed but generally OK. Cozy little garden and new BBQ. The fridge is small. So you can't do a lot of shopping. There are conditioners on the both floors. The house is on the top of the hill. So you should go down the hill to the sea about 1600 m. So we used the car, because the way back is to the top and was quite difficult because of the hot weather. There are 2 common pools near the house. One for the children and one for the adult. The nearest shop and bar is on the beach (about 1600 m far). Some times neighbors were too loud till the late night. And please note that the link on the below map is not valid. The house is in the other place. I would advise to rent a car and you will spend your holidays comfortable. There is shop Mercadona in the nearest town with fresh and delicious fish and shrimps.

Charming little oasis amidst spectacular scenery

A lovely little house,very private with an ensuite bedroom and roof terrace on first floor with spectacular views of sea and mountain. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms and sitting room. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is the very bad smell in the house, particularly the top room when we arrived very late. Next day we aired the rooms and it was fine. Also would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.The pools and gardens for lounging are spotlessly clean and well looked after, very tranquil. Overall we had a most enjoyable, relaxing stay and would definitely recommend.

The house is very neat, comfortable and cosy, well equipped and even a super BBQ to grill the very fresh fish you find in the local stores.

A walk brings you to the beach with nice bars ad restaurants at reasonable prices. But you can also spend time at the nearby pool, enjoying mountain-view and have a quiet evening grilling some fish or meat on the great BBQ-set. I recommend the boquerones as a starter; just add some salt and lemon, delicious.

Ideal place to spend your holiday, nice villages to visit and discover the excellent Andalusian cuisine.

Des vacances reposantes

Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes dans une maison bien équipée et très calme. La piscine surveillée accueille des familles respectueuses de la tranquillité des autres donc elle est aussi très calme. Pour aller faire ses courses ou aller à la plage, il faut prendre sa voiture car la maison est située sur une colline pentue mais on y arrive en très peu de temps (5 min pour aller à la plage et 10 min au max pour trouver un magasin). Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute de nos besoins et nous les en remercions d'être aussi réactifs. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Visit the beautiful white villages like Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain still in use! In the other direction Gibraltar is steeped in history and offers trips through war time underground tunnels, caves full of stalactites’ and mites, duty free shopping and of course the Apes

The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. Within 30 minutes of the house, there are over 20 courses, Los Hidalgos being the nearest one (10 minutes drive)
