Beautiful bright and new three bedroom property in the heart of Seville

The apartment has been decorated with simplicity and practicality. In the center of the living room we have a large dining table with capacity for 6 people. To one side, we have the seating area with two comfortable double sofas separated by a wood and glass coffee table. On one of the walls we have a bookshelf with books and on the other a TV with DVD. From the living room you accessed the first bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm x 200cm, an armchair and capacious wardrobes and French windows that look out on to the main street.

The living room opens to a corridor where on the left you will find the kitchen, the jewel of this home as it is spacious, cosy and equipped to the last detail with state of the art electro domestics such as Liebherr and Bosch. There is a separate cupboard with a washing machine and a dryer. To the right of the corridor we have the second bedroom equipped with two beds of 90 cm x 200 cm followed by the large bathroom with bathtub and shower. At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom with two beds of 90 cm x 200 cm, wardrobes on both sides and an antique Cabinet/desk. This bedroom has a separate toilet.

About Home at Homes

Home at Homes was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created Home at Homes as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.
