Our beautiful 1 Br/1 Ba apartment is only 2 short blocks from the Redondo Beach Pier, which has tons of restaurants, shops, even a large arcade. 1. Location, location, location!

Our 1-bedroom apartment is only a 5-7 minute walk to the Redondo Beach Pier, which has tons of restaurants, shops, even a large arcade! We're located across the street from a CVS, yummy taco place, and 2 lots down from Cozy Cafe, a great coffee and breakfast joint to start your mornings at. We love Redondo Beach and LA overall, so if you have any questions about our location, surrounding attractions, or anything else, please ask!

Our 1-bedroom apartment has TWO Smart TV's - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. With a Smart TV, you can gain access to Netflix, Youtube, Amazon Video, and more.

Our apartment has super fast Verizon Fiber internet!

4. Meet your local travel guides:

Joel and I are locals to the west side/south bay. We love surfing, running, fishing, skateboarding, paddle boarding, basketball, and FOOD! We happily direct guests to all the best of the above and much more. Our 'Welcome Binder' is stacked with 20 pages worth of carefully organized information to all the local secrets, necessities, and more!

5. Parking

You have your own parking spot, located only 10 feet from your front door. Ample parking is also available around the block.

6. Value! This is a new vacation rental, so for the foreseeable future, you'll find our house listed at a discount and significantly lower than our neighboring rentals. Book it while it's hot. ;-)

VERY IMPORTANT REGARDING PARKING: We provide 1 parking spot for this unit, and there are ample spots on the street, too. **Please do not park in the back fenced-in area where the front office parks their vans.** A previous guest parked their car there for an hour on a Friday evening and ended up getting his car locked in because the office locked up for the weekend. Although we were able to call the store owner back to the shop that night to let the guest's car out, it was a big inconvenience for everyone, especially the guest (not to mention it was a definite possibility that his car could have gotten stuck back there til Monday). Even if you only think you'll park back there for a few minutes, please refrain. We can happily point you in the direction of where to find additional parking.

***House Rules***

We are excited to share our home with people from all over the world, and want to continue to share it with many guests to come! Thank you for adhering to these house rules, because they are necessary in order to keep our doors open.

1. Strict Citywide Noise Ordinance Starts at 9:30pm Daily:

Redondo Beach is strict about disruptive noise after 9:30pm, which is when their noise ordinance kicks in. Additionally, your only neighbor has a little baby and they work in the morning. For these reasons, we ask that all outside conversations be brought inside at this time. It is possible that a serious noise complaint could lead to police involvement etc, something we don’t want any of our guests to experience.

Note: if you have any questions about this rule, please ask. Good-natured family laughter doesn't warrant a noise complaint, dont worry! :)

2. Large Gatherings/Overnight Guests:

Overnight guests must not exceed 2 people, and we need each of these individuals to be listed on your check-in sheet. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed. We may allow exceptions to this rule--just ask!

3. Trips to the Beach:

Though we do have a cooler and beach chairs for your use, please bring your own set of beach towels, as our bath towels are not intended for the beach. Please make sure to brush off all sand before coming inside.

4. Fireworks/Firearms:

No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property at any time. This includes in a locked car.

5. Smoking/Drugs:

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Additionally, no drugs are allowed on premises. This includes medicinal marijuana. Usage of this will result in a fee for ‘excessive cleaning’ being deducted from your security deposit. Medicinal marijuana is not allowed anywhere on this property and if neighbors should alert us to its smell originating from our home, we will have to have you leave and we will not be able to refund your payment or security deposit.

6. Neighbors:

Please respect neighbors. Do not go onto their property or disturb them.

7. Drought:

California is in the third year of a serious drought, so please be conscious of this by not running water excessively.

8. Pet Policy:

No pets are allowed in our apartment.

9. Forgotten Items:

We are not responsible for any items left behind.

  • Our apartment sleeps 2 in the bedroom's queen bed. It also sleeps one in our living room, which has a twin pull out sofa. I would recommend this only for a child, though an adult is welcome to sleep there.

Great location, nice little apartment

The little apartment worked out just fine for us. Lauren was quick to help with any questions, like how to work the TV, connect the computer, etc. The area is not crowded and we were able to walk all over and look at the interesting architecture of the many beach condo complexes. Also walked along the beach and rode bikes on the very nice and safe bike path that runs along the beach. Whole Foods is a ways down PCH but worth it for an occasional binge.

Small but great apartment!

I would highly recommend this place, It was small but adequate. The apt. was very well maintained. They had a fenced in patio with grill and patio set. LOTS to do in the area. We walked to the beach every day. It had a Queen sized bed with pull out couch. Fully stocked kitchen ( except for the food). Loved it and would stay there again. It was a little noisy from the street at night but if you put on the AC you can't hear it at all. I would give this a 2 thumbs up! And I would stay there again!

Cute and convenient

Small but efficient property. Great communication and service from manager. Convenient location, you could live without a car if you like to walk. Grocery and drug store across the street, three blocks to the pier and its attractions and restaurants. Neighbors are great, listing is very accurate.

Cozy apartment in a wonderful location

Lauren made us feel very welcomed. The place is very cozy and nice, and the location is amazing. Lauren and Joel have everything you need from towels all the way to essential cookware. The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the bathroom were a nice touch. We loved having Netflix on the TV's, but also used the DirectTV. The apartment is in a convenient place having a CVS right across the street and a Smart & Final grocery store located right next to CVS. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the pier. Loved our morning walks on the beach (even got to see some whales). Overall the experience was great and so were Lauren and Joel. Highly recommended!
