About this property

Welcome to beachfront perfection! Located on the bluffs of Manomet, with stunning views across Cape Cod Bay and private steps from your deck right onto sandy Manomet Beach.
The main floor is wide open, allowing views from all rooms. We have an updated kitchen and large living room with sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay. The living room opens onto a large deck and steps right from your back yard onto the sand. Located lower on the bluffs, the staircase is quick and easy to step down to the ocean.
Our home has three bedrooms, including a stunning queen sized master with a wall of glass facing the ocean and opening up onto your private master deck overlooking all of Cape Cod Bay across to Provincetown in the distance. There are two more bedrooms, one with a pair of twin beds and one with a double, along with a full bathroom on the second floor.

Amazing location on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It is well equiped and has beautiful views. The beach around the bay allows for long walks from end to end and was not too crowded. Plenty of shopping nearby for essentials and a short drive to many wonderful restaurants. A few small things in the house are in need of repair. We would stay again and recommend it to friends.

Perfect location, property needs work

The location of this property can't be beat! Overlooking the beach from the bluff. 2 stories of steep stairs to the beach; would be tough for small kids. Beach was a bit rocky in spots, but very nice and private. The house itself needs some work. There is only AC upstairs in (2 of) the bedrooms. They are window ACs and very loud. Downstairs only about half of the windows work, which is problematic on hot days. Some of the screens have holes, which meant squirrels or chipmunks got into the kitchen overnight and had a croissant and fruit party. Food and poop EVERYWHERE! Overall though a very good stay. If they replaced the windows and updated just a little bit it would be perfect! Had all of the amenities you could ask for. Easy check in/out, good communication.

Great Place!

I thought the property was wonderful. The location was amazing. A little hard to find the house initially. We arrived very late at night and there wasn't a sign with the house number. The house was comfortable but it could really use an additional half bath downstairs. Other than that, a few items could benefit from some updates / repairs. ie., Windows in living room are missing cranks to open them, screens are torn and could be replaced, deck chair cushions are moldy and should be cleaned or replaced. The beds were very comfortable and two of the bedrooms had AC units which added to the comfort. Overall, we thought the place was wonderful and we would certainly rent it again. Thank you so much!

Super place, right on the beach! Perfect for a family of 5.

This was an ideal summer property on so many levels. The place was squeaky clean. The kitchen was very well equipped, complete with some sharpened knives. (Cooks will know what I mean.) The outside shower was private and powerful. Close to Plymouth for shopping and exploration. Best of all was the outside deck and the steps down to the beach. All that without having to go over the bridge!
