Welcome to our home in Port St. Lucie Florida! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. It is centrally located with easy access to Port St Lucie Blvd, the Turnpike, and I-95. The closest airport is the West Palm Beach airport, it is only a 50 minute drive from the property. We are a 20 to 25 minute drive to the beautiful Ocean Drive at Jensen Beach. This beautiful scenic road gives you access to the beaches on the coastline nestled between Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce and Stuart. There are twenty one miles of beautiful coastline you are sure to enjoy!
We have many attractions and leisurely activities for you and your family to enjoy during your stay. If you are an avid baseball fan, you will want to catch a game at Tradition Field located 10 minutes from our property. There you will have the opportunity to watch the NY Mets play at their very own training camp. If golf is your game, you can play at any of the Nationally renowned PGA Golf Courses, or at any of the public golf courses Port St Lucie has to offer. If you'd rather go fishing, you have come to right place! You can choose from a variety of different options like Shoreline fishing, Deep Sea fishing, or even Pier Fishing. Charter Boats depart daily from the Fort Pierce Inlet and Stuart, FL. My all time favorite activity is simply reading a good book at the beach, while listening to the sounds of the ocean. Whatever you choose to do, there is something for everyone. We have many restaurants and shopping plazas to choose from. The closest is less than 1 mile away. It includes a full service supermarket several restaurants and a gas station. You will never have to travel far to pick up supplies.
Our home has been tastefully decorated. The furnishings are all new, and were chosen with comfort in mind. The style, to allow for a feeling of openness. The layout of the home lends itself for entertaining, or simply to unwind, and relax. It is peaceful, and filled with natural bright light.
The Pool/Outdoor dining area is One of our best features, The patio dinning table seats 6. Nice comfortable hammock for relaxation in the sun.
We have a propane outdoor grill on its own outdoor deck! For great barbecue.
The dinning room has retractable glass sliding doors that open into the pool and outdoor dining area. The kitchen has glass sliding windows that overlook the pool and patio entertaining space. This allows for the rays of the sun and the tropical breeze to enter the house.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances; stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a double door refrigerator with an ice maker. It also comes with a filtered water dispenser. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances, and dinnerware for your everyday cooking and entertaining needs. We have also supplied the kitchen with bakeware in case you and the kids can't do without the homemade cookies! The dinning room table seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
The living room is very spacious, equipped with a large sectional, for plenty of seating. Also equipped with a Flat screen TV, DVD/Blue Ray/Bluetooth stereo system, with connection capability to Netflix, WIFI, Pandora and You Tube.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with an orthopedic, and padded mattress for a restful and comfortable nights sleep. It has a mirror and dresser so you can unpack, and feel right at home. The Master bathroom is spacious and has been recently remodeled with a tiled shower. This Master bedroom sleeps 2.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, also with a pillowtop mattress, which sleeps 2. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and a twin bed. The Third bedroom is equipped with a flat screened TV for the enjoyment of the children. This bedroom sleeps 3.
All bedrooms have spacious walk in closets with baskets and drawers for storage.
The second bathroom is the Cabana bath, which leads directly into the pool area for your convenience. It has been completely remodeled.
We offer a walk in laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Also equipped with Iron and ironing board.
The property has fenced yard for your privacy and comes with a home security system. Home has a new central air and heating system.

We live in the state of Massachusetts. We firt visited the City of Port St Lucie when traveling there to visit family. We could not resist the sun, beaches, and the many places to visit and things to do. We began to search for a property to purchase in January of 2014.
After ten months of searching we found this property and fell in love with it. We knew right away this was the home we would want to live in when we retire. Once we entered the kitchen and set foot on the pool area, there was no turning back! We purchased the home in October of 2014.
The neighborhood is perfect! Everyone cares and maintains their properties and landscapes. The neighbors are friendly. We have spent the last three months doing updates on the property to get it ready to share with you and your family. We have traveled four times since purchasing our home, and each time it gets harder to leave.

The house was everything that we expected. We loved the open space of the house and it was equipped with everything we needed. The owner was friendly and very helpful and even volunteered to have someone come put in new light bulbs if we wanted them. The pool was WONDERFUL and we enjoyed it almost every day.
I was very impressed with the condition and thoughtfulness the owner gave . It made my friend andI feel welcome. I also found the location very central and easy to get to from I-95.I will keep it in mind for future trips.

My sister, brother-in-law and I rented a house in Port Saint Lucie Florida for the month of January 2017. The private, secure, quiet atmosphere, made it perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The owner Janice and her Father, Rafael, were very attentive to all of our needs in responding quickly to any questions at any time. This home is gorgeous. It has everything you would need. The owner was great from the very beginning all the way to the end. We felt very at home and relaxed. We have already recommended this home to some people we know who are planning a trip to Florida.

Staying in this home as opposed to a hotel gives you a real home base which greatly enhances anyone’s stay in Port Saint Lucie. Our stay was outstanding. This was a holiday filled with memories. The worst thing was to leave.

We had a great stay at Janice's home. She was fantastic to work with. The home was extremely clean. The kitchen/dining leading to outdoor dining and pool was an ideal layout. Comfortable furniture, efficient AC, and pool heat made this a great place for our family. Very kid friendly. Will definitely stay here again. Close to shops, etc. and very nice neighbors.
The house was just as you see it online. The pool off the cement lanai was amazing and warm.
very clean and had many hotel like accents like the fluffy white towels! Bedrooms were spacious and well decorated.
Up to date kitchen and very uncluttered. Keke's was great for breakfast/lunch!
Traditions had all the same restaurants and stores I have in NJ.

Rates are subject to change until dates are confirmed when booking is complete. Contract must be received along with a copy of a license or a state issued I.D. no later than 24 hours after booking. You must contact property owner if additional time to submit requested documents is needed. Renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age to enter into contract. Please review the cancellation policy as per the contract. Check in is scheduled for 3:30pm, and check out is scheduled for 10:30am. Please note that our Pool area faces the South and it is sunny and bright on most days. The pool is heated by a new Solar System installed in 2015. We added an additional Electric Heater for the pool in March of 2016. If you wish to use the Electric Heater for the pool to supply heat on demand, additional fees will apply. Please contact the property owner for information about the fees, or refer to the rental contract available on this site. Thank you!
