The laid back, relaxed feel of the Florida Keys was one of the many reasons we purchased our second home. It was also a very short drive from Miami, which is where we reside. We have enjoyed many years of great fishing!!
It's a short boat ride to many great reefs for snorkeling as well as fishing. It's a few miles from world renowned John Pennekamp National Park which is a must see experience. There are also many great restaurants within the area.
We are a family of five and trying to find an affordable place to stay is difficult, but this home provided more than that. We found the rental perfect for our family. The cost was within our budget and the home is just the way the pictures show it to be. The home is immaculate and beautiful! It is located to many nearby activities. After doing our daily activities we were exhausted and it was really nice to come back to a beautiful home and feel quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. We brought things with us "just in case" but never needed to use ours. I have three boys and they had their own bed and all fit comfortably in one room. It was nice to have two bathrooms as well. Without a doubt if we were to return to Key Largo we would rent this condo again. The owner was courteous, answered all my questions kindly, no matter how many I had. We miscalculated our arrival time which proved to be no problem for the owner.

Give it a 5 star rating!!
My friends and I have been traveling from Atlanta to Florida for 10 years. This was our first trip to Key Largo...Loved it! The villa was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The owners description is spot on. We ate and had cocktails on the terrace everyday! I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends.
Our family of five LOVED this villa! It was hard to leave and go back to the cold weather in Michigan. The photos accurately depict the villa. It was beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space! We enjoyed meals on the terrace and loved to watch the palm trees swaying in the breeze. The location was great for day trips to the Everglades, John Pennecamp State Park, Bahia Honda State Park, and Key West (though it is a long day trip down there). I highly recommend this property -- we would love to stay again sometime!
This villa was just like the pictures, stunning! It was very spacious for our family of 5 (3 boys ages, 26, 23 & 18) and me and my husband. The wrap around deck offered beautiful views of the canal. We ate all of our meals on the deck and I enjoyed watching the sunrise with my early morning coffee. The villa is close to all sorts of stores including a Starbucks and Walgreens. Our family ate across the street at Sharkey's twice which is a causal fun place to eat and watch the boats go by on the canal. Key Largo is a great island to stay on because there is lots to do for all ages. I highly recommend this Key Largo villa.
My family and I really enjoyed this stay. We travelled with our teenagers, aged 13 and 15, to this lovely place all the way from Sweden. The location offered a pool and a nearby sea which kept us busy. Some days we made excursions to different places like Key West and John Pennecamp Coral Reef State Park. But we wouldn’t have managed the heat without a cold drink. I would recommend the restaurant Sharkey’s for a wide selection for cold beer just on the other side of the street. Mostly we grilled at our balcony which was perfect for us but one time we ate at Sundowners and it was a nice experience watching the sun set with a drink to cool you with.
We had no problem with the booking over the internet and it was possible to pay with Paypal.
We really recommend this condo!
This condo is beautiful. Our family of 5 enjoyed the wrap around decks, pool and proximity to the marina. There were plenty of towels and everything seemed very new.
We learned through another owner who keeps his yacht at the marina that the owners of our unit have THE nicest condo in the entire resort. From cathedral ceilings to exquisite chandeliers and beautiful artwork, the owners clearly have great taste and take pride in this property.
The Port Largo resort appears to be a time-share rental community. It was virtually deserted when we were there...but that was probably due to our arrival on the Thursday before Christmas. The area was well-maintained and the pool was very clean.
I can't say I would recommend Key Largo as a destination for families with teenage girls; UNLESS you like to fish, scuba dive or hang at bars watching the sunset, there's not much to do. We did stumble onto a few great restaurants, but they were not kid-friendly. We put lots of miles on our rental car looking for things to do.
Wow! What a wonderful Villa! Clean, comfortable with an amazing view! Owners are very nice and responded quickly to any questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Within walking distance to restaurants, fishing charters etc...We highly recommend!!!
