Great Location - Clean & Comfortable

Condo is clean and comfortable. Has fully stocked kitchen, wine glasses, small appliances and a fridge with an indoor ice dispenser. This is a huge plus because the thought of using ice that people (you don't know) can stick their hands in is gross.

Second floor location gives you a great view of the beach and pool. Complex was very quiet. There are only 45 units and being the end of summer it didn't seem like that many were occupied. Maintenance staff is very friendly and kept the pool, hot tub and grounds spotless. There is a mat you walk on from the condo to the beach which is nice in the afternoon when the sand starts to heat up. You can easily walk to Blackbeard's Restaurant, a beach goods store and ice cream shop from the condo.

I have stayed in a few different locations around the Island as well as a couple within Suntide II. This unit is by far the most comfortable. All the amenities you would need/want in your condo are here. Fully stocked kitchen - comfortable furniture and beds that aren't so stuffy you feel like you and your children can not sit down. The owners took the time to personally respond to the note that I left for them. You know this is someones home but can be YOUR home for the time you are here as well.

The condo was centrally located in a smaller complex, very easy to get to through the stairs or elevator. The balcony sits over the pool area, which I was concerned about at first, but we had no problems with noise from other patrons. the condo is nicely decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc., and the restrooms provided ample towels and basic toiletries. We had easy access to the beach, and there's a public access right next to the condo, which helps if you have family and friends that want to join you on the beach. The staff at the complex was very helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely rent here again.

I have stayed at Sun Tide II many times and used this particular unit multiple times over the years and it is by far my favorite. From the view off the balcony to the comfortable furnishings - this is a first class vacation condo. There were some updates made between my last and most recent visit - the new tile floors and furniture are great. The beds have the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on!

The owners have left a book of local restaurant menus, local salons and many other must see/do while in the area - a very personal touch. The owners also answered all of my questions without hesitation and asked if there was anything missing they could add to make my vacation more enjoyable. These touches make this unit the one I will return to.

The location is within walking distance to Blackbeards restaurant - which is fabulous! Wanna Wanna on the beach is a short walk on the beach as well. prime location on the island!
