Apartment # 31 is a luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom sub-penthouse apartment at South Bay Beach Club, located in a quiet cul-de-sac on wonderful Seven Mile Beach. With fantastic views and on-site amenities all to an extremely high standard. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and other amenities. The apartment includes 1 master bedroom with ensuite, 1 queen bedroom with ensuite and 1 twin bedroom with a large covered and screened balcony and sizeable open air balcony for your privacy and sole use. The screened in balcony area has a large dining table and 6 dining chairs but can comfortably seat 8 people. There is also a beautiful sofa area with a 3 seater rattan sofa, 2 large club chairs and coffee table. The open air sky patio has 2 sun chairs with side tables and a wonderful daybed where you can sunbath to your hearts content and then watch the beautiful Caribbean Sunset.

The apartment has high speed internet access and satellite tv. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs and a safe is provided.

South Bay Beach Club is nestled in a quiet cul de sac off West Bay Road directly on the southern end of the world famous Seven Mile Beach and is the newest luxury property along the beach. The setting is perfectly Caribbean with chaise lounges poolside, sun chairs and umbrellas on the beach and two hammocks beneath coconut palms. It's a perfect location for snorkelling with a variety of tropical reef fish feet from the shoreline.

Powdery white sands of Seven Mile beach extend onto South Bay Beach Club grounds creating a private beach area adjacent to the pool. Exclusive for residents and guest is a 65ft depth and 175ft beach frontage with chaise lounges, lounge chairs with umbrellas and a barbecue area next to our heated ocean front pool. There is also a gym onsite. The villa is beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen, satellite TV, high speed fiber optic internet and in-suite laundry. Secure parking and a fully equipped fitness centre are also on site. South Bay Beach Club architecture and villa design creates comfortable living spaces, while the surrounding landscape is a perfect place to relax, play and soak up the warm Cayman sun. For your every day needs and entertainment there are a variety of local shops, restaurants, night clubs, water sports and a car rental office just walking distance from our property with the islands’ main city of George Town only 5 minutes away by car/taxi.

My husband and I moved to Cayman from London in 2004 and fell in love with the island and Seven Mile Beach. Being from Australia and Ireland we loved the laid back lifestyle and low crime rates and so decided to make Cayman our permanent home. We travel a lot but love to come back to the warm climes of Cayman, waking up to the sun shining everyday puts smiles on our faces.

We fell in love with South Bay Beach Club when it was built in 2010 and as soon as we walked in to apartment 31 the extensive sea views took our breath away. Being a corner unit it has the most stunning 240 degree unobstructed views of George Town to the south all the way to the north end of Seven Mile Beach. We were in love with the apartment even before we stepped outside onto the exceptionally large balcony where you can sit in comfort in the covered screened in area or sunbath in the open air section. It would be hard to find a more perfect spot to watch the sunset with your family and friends.

Amazing Place!

We stayed at the apartment in early December for our family vacation. We were there with our 2 small children who are 4 and 6. The unit is a corner unit on the 5th Floor. The apartment is absolutely stunning. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is decorated beautifully with modern clean furniture. There is a lot of closet space in every bedroom, and the attention to detail in each room was apparent (jewelry boxes etc). The bathrooms were big, and the showers fantastic! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need, probably better than my own apartment! The view from the apartment is spectacular! We spent many evening on the large deck, watching the sunset with cocktails. There is a large dining area on the deck, and a lounging seating area that can be screened off if necessary. The desk is also perfect for sunbathing and taking a siesta. The lounge furniture is good quality and very comfortable, with shade if you choose. The pool area is kept incredibly clean and was never crowded. Always clean beds when you needed them. The beach itself is probably the best I’ve ever seen, stunning white sand with the calm clean water that was perfect for swimming for the whole family. The area itself was very quiet, but there was plenty to do nearby. There is a Marriot Hotel next door that we visited for lunch, there is also a number of local restaurants nearby all which were great for dinner. There is also a yoga studio nearby and a number of supermarkets to buy groceries. I highly recommend staying here, a perfect family vacation!

Absolutely Amazing Luxurious Apartment

We had a truly Fabulous stay at this amazing apartment on Seven Mile Beach. Everything about the apartment was first class, from the beautiful views and sunsets right down to the comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and the stunning outdoor furniture and day beds on the balcony. We cannot fault the facilities, everything you need on a holiday, plenty of towels, BBQ, coffee machine, outdoor furniture and a washing machine (so important when you have children) The pool was great and we all loved the gym but most of all the best part was the apartment, we didn't want to leave. Sitting on the balcony, watching the sun go down was the highlight of our trip. The apartment was immaculate and we loved the fact that there were little added extras such as books to read and games to play, the TV was also a bonus. We had such a great time we are already looking to book to go back.

This apartment is quite simply fantastic!!

Apartment 31 at South Bay Beach Club is quite simply the most fantastic place that my family and I have ever vacationed at. Everything from the large open deck directly on the water to the gourmet kitchen. Three very comfortable bedrooms all with HDTV. The unit faces west which allow for the viewing of magnificent sunsets. There are amply dining options all within walking distance and a large supermarket is approximately one mile away. We can't wait to go back!! We highly recommend this unit!
