nice and comfortable.

  • 4 of 5

The house was nice and comfortable. If your not fit going up and down driveway to water is challenging. Thank goodness we had a cool week.

Fish were not biting much from dock. Boats came in handy for a little ride on water. Morning walks or riding your bikes on Crowley road was nice.

Nice grocery store in Livingston Manor about 15 away. Small store in Roscoe.

We did have a problem with mice one day. Put food away.

Able to unload at front entrance which was a plus.

Saw a few bald Eagles. Nice

Fire pit in front of house not in a good spot for relaxing.

All in all it was a good week. Thank you

The property is very well maintained and spacious.

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at the house for a week and there is plenty to do. The house is immaculate and beautiful. There is plenty of space everywhere. The master bedroom and bath was perfectly situated on the second floor with the other bedrooms on the main floor. The dock and the boat house are a great addition to this rental. The kids fished and went boating almost every day. The boat house was great because we were able to lock up all the fishing gear and not have to lug it to the house each day. The antique juke box was another big hit. Unfortunately the pool table was unusable due to the cloth being more like a shag rug which was unfortunate because I love to shoot pool but It did not take away from any of the fun we had. I would and will stay here again. If you love the outdoors you will absolutely love spending time here.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Lake House. The house has spectacular views of the lake! Our boys loved the boat house & jumping off the dock! Would love to return someday!

Wonderful time

  • 5 of 5

My family spent a week here in August and had a wonderful time. The house is modern, clean and bright. The high ceiling and lots of windows lets tons of light in and you feel connected to the outside. Even rainstorms are nice to watch.

The area down by the lake is thoughtfully designed with a deck, swing, dock and boathouse. there are two fire pits and two BBQ pits. There is a row boat and paddle boat in the boat house.

There is a giant spider in the boat house who we named Clem. I think he's friendly. I dunno though.

We would recommend this property.

One thing, we couldn't see the address from the road. Better markings at the driveway would be nice.

Great time and a great house!

  • 5 of 5

This house is beautiful and well taken care of. Had a great stay here with my family of five over the 4th of July. Plenty of space and almost nothing needed except yourselves for a great time. The house has everything that you would need to cook and entertain. Great deck space and a great lakeside dock and boathouse area.
