Impressed!

We were going to LA for the first time and booked Inna's property by wild guess but by good reviews:)

We weren't disappointed, instead we were impressed by everything - easy check in/check out process, clean unit and well stock kitchen. Free wifi and free car spot in gated, secure and attached garage was a real bonus!

Location is convenient to drive avoid LA traffic. Neiborhood is safe, nice and quite but at the same time minutes from Venice and Marina Del Rey nice dining.

Highly recommend!

Dissapointing

Pros: Great location that is close to Venice Beach, LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Sunset, Beverly Hills and many more. Safe gated unit, free parking.

Cons: Unit is being advertised as recently renovated. The only recently renovated is the floors in the living room and bedroom. Looks like the walls are painted in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Other than that everything in the unit is old and needs much renovation. The kitchen is old, the sink is rusting. Not too many utensils, pots, and pans.

Bathroom floor is peeling in the corners, the tub is old and missing drain cover. Vanity is old. Knobs are loose, missing covers.

No central air-conditioning. The only a/c unit is in the bedroom wall and is loud. The drapes are from ceiling to floor, if you close the drapes then the a/c will be blocked. The only way to use the a/c is to leave the drapes partially open but the lights from the neighbors apartment shines in all night. Bedroom closets are hard to open. Paint on all doors is peeling off.

Living room chair pleather is peeling off. The dining table chairs have tears.

Overall, the unit is pretty run down and need a lot of work. Looks great in pictures but not in real.

Nice and clean!

Apartment was exactly as on the pictures. Kitchen fully equipped. It was great kitchen has coffee machine and blender. We didn't have to go out to have breakfast. Building located in very convenient area. Close to LAX and beaches. Neiborhood is nice, clean and safe. Owner responses very very quick and helpful. Will recommend this place to my friends.
