Beautiful Townhome but not kept up

The layout of this home is perfect for 3 to 5 adults. However, we were very disappointed in the up keep of this home. We arrived to cigarette butts in the planters of the patio, holes in the couch, large scratches on the walls upstairs by the master and a dirty toilet in the master. Someone had gone number 2 in the bathroom and needless to say there was still evidence of it when we arrived. The down stairs kitchen area was full of large roaches that had us completely grossed out. We counted 5 running around. We had to call the landlord in to have the property sprayed while we were there which was disappointing.

There is a bug problem because under th hutch was a sticky trap full of dead bugs that had not been changed in a long time. The home is decorated very nice but the couch and chairs were extremely uncomfortableand and very worn. The Jack and Jill bathroom window had no curtain or screening to prevent outsiders from seeing in while taking a shower so everyone rotated showers using the master shower. Heather the manager was very nice and did her best to correct things. For this reason only would I give this place another try. She really did try to work with us to make our stay better. The layout is perfect for folks who want to gather and visit. Disappointed in the upkeep but was happy with the management and location of the property as our elderly mother lives not too far from there. It's time the landlord does some updating such as painting etc to keep this place up.

Capistrano rental

Wow, where do I start? My husband and I rented this property a few days shy of six weeks. Wanting to get out of the snow in Pennsylvania this was a perfect choice! We had a few minor glitches when we first arrived and after texting Heather it was taken care of immediately! The townhouse is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location and a wonderful neighborhood. We were considering Florida next winter but chances are we're going to come back here. Thank you again Heather and Brandon for everything you did for us while we were here. Great job!! We could not have had a more enjoyable experience working with these people.

Best home away from home!

The Villas were immaculate! Clean, great neighbors, quiet, stocked and the stay was affordable! This stay has us looking at becoming permanent residents of Las Cruces! Wishing to buy the place we stayed on Capistrano! We will be back year after year if we do not move! Excellent home away from home just as the ads promised! Thank you! Chavoya Family 2015

Great stay

We rented this 3 bedroom townhome for a3 night stay during a family reunion. Everything was pretty clean. It was much more spacious than a hotel, and sharing it with 1 other couple was cheaper than a hotel!

Beautiful Condo!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was roomy, and had almost everything we needed. There was no gas in either the fire pit or the grill, so the steaks I brought prepared had to be cooked on the stove. But other than that, the home was nicely appointed and the owner was pleasant to work with. We do plan on coming back!
