Perfect Place for Your Stay in NYC

Great New York City apartment located in the posh, and safe neighborhood of Kew Gardens in Queens, N.Y. which is only 25 minutes from Manhattan via subway, or 16 Minutes via Long Island Railroad (Kew Gardens stop). This apartment is laid out perfectly for those coming to New York City on holiday, for a short/long term stay, or for exciting events such as the U.S Open, major sporting events, New Year's Eve, or just for the Holiday season due to its easy access to and from the Big Apple itself.

The spacious apartment has two large bedrooms that are both set up as studios, with comfortable Beds in each room plus a sofa sleeper in each bedroom as well. The apartment comes fully equipped with TV, Internet Wifi, a full eat-in kitchen and full bathroom as well as 2 bedroom sleeping areas.

Each bedroom is located on opposite ends of the apartment to maximize on privacy. Just walk through the corridor and you can join each other if you wish.

The apartment is fully stocked, so you have everything you need, Pots, Pans, Utensils, Beds, Linens, Towels, Toiletries, AC, Heat, All Utilities, Kettle, etc. All you need to do is bring yourself and your family.

The apartment is in a safe, buzzer entrance building in a very nice area that has a very couple, family and visitor friendly environment.

Everything NYC is close by or easy to get to from this apartment. You can take the subway to Manhattan in less then half an hour, airports are under 15-25 mins away JFK and La Guardia, beaches are close by train or driving, Queens Center Mall is 15 mins away by car or subway the bus stop is in front of the building, and even restaurants, lounges and bars are all in the area. Churches, bakery, car wash, pharmacy, parks and trails all close by as well.

Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am.

24 Hour check in is available. We have a lockbox available for guest arriving late due to travel. Just ask us.

PARKING: There is free street parking in this area, you just have to find a spot and make sure you read the signs to obey the parking rules. You can in most cases park all day without having to move your car or pay a meter. It's a convenient place to park if you plan on spending the day or traveling about.

We are pet friendly, but advanced notice is required for animal visits. We also professionally clean the apartment after every visit so you should have no issues if you have allergies whatsoever. When you rent you have full access to the apartment, we do not visit or stop by unless you request for us to do so.

This is a 4th floor apartment with 4 easy flights to enter the unit.

Prior to check-in You will also be required to complete an authorization form in advance to confirm you are the authorized to book using the card you paid with.

Our procedures are enforced to better protect you, as well as ourselves

from fraudulent credit card purchases.

There is also so much to do and eat in the immediate area. On the same block we have a Colombian Bakery, Indian Restaurant, Peruvian Restaurant, Sports Bar and Chinese Restaurant. Go Around the corner and you will find 10 more spots to eat and shop. Very convenient area for everything.

Very nicely decorated nice large rooms.

Robert was so nice he did me a huge favor on short notice I had early access to the place. This property is very quiet and we all had great nights rest. The neighborhood has great shops and restaurants. Lastly I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much.

A space to relax

This was the first time my friend and I stayed outside of Manhattan. We really enjoyed it! The space was roomy, with two large bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom spaces. Being able to come back to our own space after a long day of sight seeing was a blessing. Robert was very kind and available, helping us solve a couple of dilemmas, including a transportation situation that wasn't his to solve. The space was clean and the temperature was great and easily controlled. The bathroom can use a little cosmetic updating but had good shower pressure and water temperature. Written walking directions to the subway would be helpful for the first walk, but the walk was nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Robert was informative and helpful. Apartment could have been better furnished, no parking.

The apartment suited our needs for a few night stay. We had purchased groceries but the stove/oven was broken.

Robert was helpful with information on places to visit, eat, and transportation etc.

Check in and out were fairly simple.

Not recommended for travelers with cars. Parking was difficult to find. We ended up with parking ticket ($60) and smashed mirror from a hit and run.

I cleaned up cobwebs from fans and hair from shower upon arrival . Only 3 forks for a family 4 and other minor inconveniences. He needs to make sure apartment is stocked and that appliances are in working order. A/C in the bedroom near bathroom is very loud and does not cool really at all. Other A/C seemed to work fine. Stove not working.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. The stove was working properly, when you turn the knob is makes a clicking sound then it turns on, that is how the gas stove works at this unit. We have never had an issue with it and Im sorry you were not aware on how these type of gas units work. Thank you and have a great fall

Comfortable, and very affordable

Excellent location, close to both airports, subways, and Long Island Railroad. Great neighborhood, many restaurants and stores nearby. Robert was very helpful when we needed information, and he gave us some good tips on restaurants. The only thing we felt the apartment lacked was a few more towels, and possibly a couple of folding chairs or stools to sit on in kitchen. Otherwise the apartment had everything we needed. I would recommend this apartment to my friends and would stay again if we ever travel back to NYC.
