Our place has all the comforts of home all you need to do is bring yourself and buy some food and drinks. Everything else is included.

Comfortable apartment with full eat-in kitchen with all the appliances you need, (Pots, Pans, Utensils, Plates, Cups, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker, Everything).

Both bedrooms are set up to be very comfortable, Each bedroom has a TV, Wifi, linens provided, windows for fresh air and air conditioners and heating as well as closet or storage areas.

One room has a King bed sleeps 2-3 and a sofa sleeper that sleeps one and the other room has a full bed sleeps 2 and a sofa sleeper that sleeps 1.

The bathroom is very nice and in great condition. Shower, tub, vanity mirror, toilet and spacious.

The building is safe and secure. With a key lock at the entry of the building as well as at the apartment. The area is super, stores, shops, restaurants and easy access to trains and subways all nearby.

This is New York City so it's easy to get anywhere including all tourist and visiting points from our apartment. We are by the E and F subway lines that take you express and local into Manhattan in about 25 mins depending.

You can take these subways to Time Square, Port Authority, The Village, Central Park, Empire State Building, JFK Airport, World Trade Center and many other points. You can also connect and go everywhere from here.

We are also by the Long Island Railroad which is another way to get into Manhattan in 16 minutes for $2.50+ more than the subway.

You can come for a short stay or a longer term stay, either way, the apartment is designed for your comfort. Child-Friendly and pet-friendly as well. This is a 4th-floor unit so you will walk up a few flights of stairs. But it's not difficult.

Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is before 11 am.

24 Hour check-in is available. We have a lockbox available for guest arriving late due to travel. Just ask us.

You can also get to the US Open, Penn Station, Times Square & Madison Square Garden very easily from our location.

Parking: This is a residential neighborhood. Most streets are free long term parking with only one day to move your car for 1.5 hours for street cleaning. The rest of the week, you can leave your car all day with no interruptions. You just have to find a spot and park.

A totally recommendable place

A very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, in a good neighborhood.

I appreciate Robert's hospitality, he helped us with his directions for our tour of NY and waited for us with water and coffee upon our arrival at the apartment. Thanks for your kindness.

My suggestion is that the apartment have extra folding chairs, and if is possible, consider an elevator for the building.

A totally recommendable place.

Nice apartment in a good neighborhood

The apartment was pretty basic, but had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a much better value and homier than a hotel. The neighborhood had restaurants and markets within walking distance, and the train/subway stops weren't too far either. The owner was very responsive to messages and easy to work with. Great stay

Very nicely decorated nice large rooms.

Robert was so nice he did me a huge favor on short notice I had early access to the place. This property is very quiet and we all had great nights rest. The neighborhood has great shops and restaurants. Lastly I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much.

A space to relax

This was the first time my friend and I stayed outside of Manhattan. We really enjoyed it! The space was roomy, with two large bedrooms and shared kitchen and bathroom spaces. Being able to come back to our own space after a long day of sight seeing was a blessing. Robert was very kind and available, helping us solve a couple of dilemmas, including a transportation situation that wasn't his to solve. The space was clean and the temperature was great and easily controlled. The bathroom can use a little cosmetic updating but had good shower pressure and water temperature. Written walking directions to the subway would be helpful for the first walk, but the walk was nice. We'd definitely stay here again.
