Large roomy 3 bedroom with the kind of charm you only get from a classic home that has been completely renovated and beautifully furnished. Spacious front porch and huge screened-in rear porch, Very large sunny kitchen which includes a dishwasher, 2 baths, outdoor shower, 2 stairways, beautiful dinning room, extra large family room with large flat screen TV over fireplace and separate sitting area. Wireless internet, unique Cape Cod round cellar, half acre flat yard with big garden shed. Has grill, bikes, fire pit, beach supplies etc. All old fashioned wide pine hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and so many other ornate features along with all updated amenities. Nestled on a quiet a corner lot. Shell driveway with a lot of parking space, New washer and dryer. Window AC units in bedrooms, sleeping for 9. Close to bike rail trail. Just over half mile to Belmont Beach. Walking distance to downtown and Herring River. Mid Cape location is close all the Cape has to offer.

This home has the Victorian farmhouse feel with all modern updates. We feel it is perfectly located...it is close to so many great beaches and walking distance from downtown with it's endless night life, restaurants, antique shop and so much for the kids (mini-golf, go-carts, playgrounds, basketball, ice cream etc). You can walk to the lazy beautiful Herring River with it's fishing, kayaking etc.Plus being in the Mid-Cape puts you in the middle of everything. On the other hand, staying in is comfortable and cozy. The screened-in back porch is huge and filled with lounging and dinning furniture. We find we spend most of our time out there. Then there is the large but more cozy front porch. The kitchen is a full sized room with all the amenities. Very big dinning room where we dine or play card and board games. The living room has the TV, the working fireplace and overstuffed furniture. Each bedroom has it's own character.

Why Karen Thompson chose Harwich - Harwichport

So much parking and such large rooms that is still close to the beaches and town action. Plus, being located in Mid Cape, it is close to all the best stuff the Cape has to offer. In addition to the great beaches, it is so close to such a wide variety of activities from mini-golf and go-carts to regular golf, shops, antique stores, great restaurants and night life.

What makes this house unique

Being an older home it has so much warmth and character and beautiful features everywhere you look but has all updated plumbing, electrical etc. Short walk to recreational Herring River for fishing or boating.

comfortable home in great location

We enjoyed the short walk into Dennisport for ice cream and music in the park. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated and great for entertaining. The front porch was a nice spot for morning coffee and waiting for our guests to arrive. We spent a lot of time on the spacious screened porch eating, relaxing, entertaining and making the most of any rain showers. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at a lovely renovated older home with a lot of character.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Comfy furniture and close to beach and other sites. Would highly recommend it! Exceptionally large yard and neighborhood is advantageous for biking and walking. Huge screened in porch, great for entertaining, eating or just relaxing with a good book.

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, updated, nicely decorated older home. It was clean and tidy and full of character. Beds comfortable, lots of room for lounging around in the living room or on the LARGE enclosed back porch. Nearby: shopping, restaurants, beach. Thanks! We had a good week :)
