I bought this property because of the LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Plus, it was gutted when I bought it which meant I could do anything I wanted with it. It is incredibly light, bright and comfortable. Just what I wanted for my beach home.
What makes this House unique
What I love most about my home is that I was able to completely remodel the home and make it exactly as I wanted it. Modern, clean, open, light and many outdoor living areas. The second thing I love is walking across the street to the beach with my dogs, paddle boarding, surfing, biking or just walking to the many restaurants which are right down the beach.

Perfect Beach Spot in Santa Barbara
This is the best VRBO property I've stayed at. If it fits your size requirements you won't be disappointed. From the Sonos to the built in screen doors to flawless landscape and decor, great place all around. And it's literally steps to the beach.
Perfect Location and Home!
We absolutely loved the location and all this home has to offer! Lori did an amazing job designing to make it feel light, bright, and welcome the outdoor in. We and our dog enjoyed all the outside patio space and the Sonos throughout the house. It is also perfectly located to the park, beach and Santa Barbara. We loved walking everywhere!

Exceptional
Exceptional, The house is modern and fun. The outdoor spaces are plentiful and very comfortable. The location is close to everything. The beach is only a block away! Will definitely return to Santa Barbara and this gem of a house.

Fabulous summer
We stayed at this lovely cottage for 2 months this past summer and loved it. Everything was top notch from the sheets and towels to the backyard oasis. Very relaxing being so close to Shoreline park and walking distance to the beach bar!
Perfect
We walked into the house, and my husband said "you nailed it"! Grown kids came for a weekend and said "Lori needs to come and do our house"!
The house is perfect, Lori has thought of everything, the outdoor seating areas complete the picture. Nothing has been overlooked. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to the beach or park, or downtown if you are walkers. We will come back to our favorite CA town sometime, hoping Lori's house is available.

The location of this vacation rental can't be beat. Across from Leadbetter Beach, Walking distance to the Harbor and local favorite, Brophys, Shoreline Cafe and Chucks Waterfront Grill. Walk to downtown. A bike path starts across the street that goes for miles. Pretty perfect for all activities.
