In the magical, medieval Castello delle Quattro Torra,set like a jewel in the beautiful unspoilt countryside just outside the historical town of Siena guests may choose to book a large comfortable room known as the Blue Room furnished with original pieces and well-conserved antiques.Careful restoration work has preserved the original structure,the brickwork,the high beamed ceilings and flooring in terracotta.All these characteristics confer an authentic original charm to a room which also lacks nothing in modern comforts. Breakfast is served in the elegant breakfast room just off an impressive drawing room with comfortable sofas and a beautiful fireplace. Guests are welcome to linger here too or in the adjacent Reading Room and to enjoy the magnificent views of a countryside from the windows.

The castle is surrounded by an Italian garden cultivated with myrtle, roses and peonies which is visible from all the castle's windows. An ample outdoor garden area furnished with umbrellas, tables, chairs and armchairs is also available for the use or our guests.

We also offer the opportunity to book an authentic traditional Italian cooking class in our farm house kitchen just a few kilometers away where you can learn to make authentic Italian dishes, such as fresh homemade pasta ( tagliatelle, tagliolini, pappardelle) or gnocchi di patate (potato dumplings), chicken nuggets with Vin Santo or with saffron or saltimbocca 'Le Pietre Vive' etc. all made with our own local produce and accompanied by our own wine!

The castle is just outside Siena and despite its air of timeless tranquillity very close to main roads linking us all major Tuscan cities and offering easy access to all popular Italian destinations.As well all the attractions of Siena itself you can easily visit other famous art cities like Florence, Arezzo, Perugia or even follow the footsteps of St Francis in the ancient town of Assisi or still more easily explore any of the delightful medieval Tuscan hill towns nearby. You can even relax at one of the Thermal spa resorts only 15 km. or so away.
We are present on site as the main part of the castle is still a family home and we are always ready to assist our guests during their stay to help them get the most out of their vacation in this fascinating area of Italy.
