“Hidden Color" is located in the heart of Casa Marina, one of Key West’s most desirable neighborhoods. You’ll be just a few blocks from Old Town and less than a mile from the beach. It’s the best of both worlds. When you arrive on this quiet street in Casa Marina, the perfect landscaping and the pristine condition of this fully accessible home lets you know right away that your stay will be a memorable one.
**This home is available for lease by the month, in accordance with local ordinances strictly enforced by the City of Key West. The minimum lease is for 27 nights in February and for 29 nights during any other period.
THE LIVING AREA...
The dual front doors with leaded and etched glass show attention to detail one seldom sees in a vacation home. The front porch runs the width of the house, and is a wonderful shady spot to sit and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. The surprise is inside, with the bold use of tropical color that has given this beautiful home its name. The furnishings are all of the highest quality. The open plan living area is vaulted with skylights and includes a large flat screen TV with expanded cable. The living room sofa pulls out to a sleeper for additional guests. The uniquely designed dining set will seat six comfortably, and the kitchen bar will seat three more. There is also a dining set on the back porch. The kitchen features top of the line appliances, custom cabinets and granite counter tops. Everything you might need to prepare the most ambitious meal is included.
There is also a utility house with a full bathroom and laundry facility for convenience.
This home was designed with special needs in mind. There is an ADA compliant ramp in the garage that leads directly to the living area. The halls and doorways are comfortably wide. There is hardwood flooring throughout the house. The master bedroom has generous room around the bed and the en suite master bathroom has a fully ADA compliant shower.
The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, overhead fan and another dramatic vaulted ceiling. Besides the accessible shower, this bathroom has twin vanities and room to spare.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, overhead fan. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. As with the other bedrooms, this bedroom features a flat screen TV, overhead fan and en suite bathroom. The full bathroom with a tub and shower is located between the bedrooms. This bedroom wing has a door for privacy.

Our rental home for the month of February (2015) was perfect. The home was lovely: spotless, decorated adorably and the location was terrific. We used Last Key Rentals and they were exceptional. Dennis Bentley was our "personal" agent who was in charge of our rental property and for that matter us. We could not have asked for a greater experience. Dennis was on top of everything. If we had any questions or concerns he was there within the hour (one or two minor inconveniences that were taken care of immediately). Dennis and his wife made us feel that we were friends and not just renters. I would absolutely recommend this agency and for that matter the Hidden Color House @ Casa Marina. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer!!!
Bright, cheerful Key West home. Open concept for lots of conversation areas. Beautifully kept up with top notch appliances. We took many walks and bicycle rides. Close to everything. Happy hour is best in screened in porch. We would definitely return.
This home is beautifully decorated and comes with everything you need. The layout is great with the master bedroom on one end and other bedrooms on the other end of home. A big plus is the back porch which offers lots of privacy. The pictures do not do it justice. A must book!!
If you are looking for a well maintained home in a pretty and quiet neighborhood, this is the one. The neighborhood still has that Key West feel, yet only a short bicycle ride to the downtown area. We especially liked the floor plan of the home. The master bedroom is separated from the two bedroom and full bath guest suite by the great room and a sliding door as you enter the guest suite. This provided a little extra privacy when we had guests. The great room had a nice size dining area for when we had guests, and also a breakfast bar when it was just the two of us. We especially enjoyed the back porch for those afternoon cocktails and snacks.
