For peace of mind, there is an emergency exit directly from the 2nd floor accessible bedroom with an exterior ramp. Even the dock is accessible and can be enjoyed by all. About Pam Cunningham

Just moved to Maine 4 years ago and absolutely love it here!!

Pam Cunningham purchased this house in 2014

Why Pam Cunningham chose Boothbay Harbor Area

I was hoping to find a newer, centrally located waterfront home. After looking for several years, I finally found this beautiful home that is perfectly located for mid-coast exploring.

What makes this house unique

Waterfront on the lake is great because the water is warmer than the ocean and you can actually swim in it. The lake is a great fishing spot for trout and small mouth bass.

Awesome Fall trip

  • 5 of 5

This place is just beautiful-the house, the furnishings, the landscaping, the fabulous view, and, of course, Pam (who was only a text away)! Everyday was filled with beautiful fall foliage to view and great sights to visit that were relatively close to this centrally placed location. Highly recommend scenic view in Boothbay on 96. Stunning! Cellar door winery is worth a trip ( or two). There were 3 couples and the place suited us so well. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the downstairs was a great place to spread out if needed for TV or game playing. Lots of wonderful memories!

early June vacation

  • 5 of 5

This listing is accurate and the property is very clean and well maintained. Pam provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend this property - the home is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, the kitchen is well outfitted and the location is fantastic both for privacy and as a home base for exploring the mid coast. The home has a large bank of east facing windows, sunrise over the lake is spectacular! - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our early June getaway!

Best VRBO ever! Exceptionally clean and above average quality linens and other furnishings. Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful setting. We were treated like family. Extensive guidebook of local restaurants and attractions. Would highly recommend to any family including those with handicapped members.

This property is amazing--both the home and the surrounding property.

  • 5 of 5

This home is even prettier in person than in the photos. It's layout is comfortable and allows for people to gather together in the upper level or the lower level. The home is quite clean and no detail is overlooked. Everything we could have wanted or needed was available and stocked for us--in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the linens impeccably fresh. The owner, Pam, was fantastic and available for anything we may have needed or to address any questions we had.

The location is also quite good with quick access to shopping and restaurants, and our course, fresh lobster! It warrants its name "The Chill Lake House" as it offers a peaceful, beautiful setting overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend this property; you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful property. Pam has done a nice job making the house upscale and feeling cozy at the same time. Very quiet setting but close to all things Midcoast Maine. We already have recommended this house to friends.
