This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (our 6th and newest vacation rental with HomeAway/VRBO), has just completed a $30,000 renovation. It sits on a very private 1/3 acre cul-de-sac lot, in a safe and established neighborhood. The great room and large master bedroom open to the huge back yard that includes a 30 ft covered deck, heated swimming pool with water fall and hot tub.
The three bedrooms each sport a queen-size bed, and all furniture, including mattresses, are brand new. Enjoy 3 HD TVs with DirecTV, CD, DVD and WIFI. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is provided, including all kitchen utensils, paper goods and linens. Plenty of parking is available in the 2 car garage, drive-way and street.
The home is conveniently located near the Valley's major freeways (202, 101, and I-10), to easily and quickly get you around town. It's only a mile from one of the Valley's top shopping malls, plus a new outlet mall is within 5 miles. Two casinos, several golf courses, and other dining and entertainment options are only minutes away. Plus, it's an easy and short drive to Tempe, Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix.
This is the 6th home we've listed with HomeAway over the past 7 years. We currently own and manage a large vacation home in the Phoenix- Ahwatukee area. It has been listed with HomeAway for over three years now (#943294). We also have a property in Flagstaff that has been listed for over 5 years (# 187349).

This property in Chandler is a relatively new listing, so we have not received the number of reviews that our other two properties have. House was great location for shopping and getting around, close to all. We enjoyed the warm Pool and hot tub, both clean and nicely kept. Steve was great to work with, my husband was willing to pay for a certain hockey channel as the Juniors tournament was on, we wanted to watch Canada vs USA on New Years Eve. Steve was kind enough to include this extra channel on him.
Wonderful property in the heart of Chandler. Very spacious and the back patio, yard and pool with spa is amazing. Major retail center is 5 minutes away. Everything you need to enjoy your time in the sun. Pictures don't do it justice, would definitely go back in the future.
We had a great time visiting family in the area and relaxing in the lovely pool and patio area. Owner very attentive. Would highly recommend.
I was on a recent visit to Tempe, and this home in Chandler was the closest to my Tempe destination that had 3 bedrooms. There were 5 people for 3 beds - room set-up was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the back patio - it was a great gathering place. I didn't run into any issues with anything at the house, so I'm not sure how quickly the owner might get back. In setting up the reservation, he was prompt at replying to e-mails. This is a property where the pictures are realistic to the actual condition of the property. Very nice stay, very nice place
Beautiful property in a quiet location but with excellent access to major roads and shopping. Even though the property is situated next to the 202 due to the sound wall very little noise is heard in the back yard and none at all inside - in fact the property was very private as only one neighbour. The pool and spa area was very relaxing and excellent for quiet nights by the pool or entertaining the family. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and Steve was easy to contact and very helpful. Will definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend.
We loved our stay and Steve's house. It was a very nice home with a nice swimming pool that was perfect for those very hot summer days. It was so nice to have a snack basket and water in the refrigerator upon our arrival. After a day of traveling and dealing with airports and rental car agencies, it was nice to get to the house and have a snack and a cold drink of water! There was also coffee in the pantry which was nice to have, plus paper plates and spices were a nice addition. We also had garage door openers so that we could park our cars in the garage. I was initially concerned because the house was near the highway, but this was not an issue at all, as you could not hear the traffic while you were in the house. We had plenty of towels for bathing as well as beach towels were available as well. I also got my deposit back in a timely manner. Great stay! I would absolutely stay there again.

Pool AND Hot Tub Heating fee (November, February, March and April): $40/night - $250/week
(December and January): $50/night - $325/week
Paper goods, detergents and other cleaning supplies will be provided for a maximum of 14 days.
