Very comfortable lake front vacation pool home is located in the exclusive and gated community of Briarwood.

Three Master Suites easily offers room and privacy. Two King Beds and one Queen Bed. Dedicated Media Room.

Heated Pool and Spa.

Our motorized awning provides morning sun protection while dining or relaxing. The patio/lanai has an eastern exposure allowing for comfortable shading while dining in the evening. Ample sun throughout the day is available on the rear of the patio/lanai.

Because the back yard view is to the East the living room window shades can remain open during the daytime. This layout keeps the house cool and bright.

Fully equipped Kitchen. Your choice in dining options; eat in kitchen, counter bar, dining room or outdoor dining table.

Whole house audio. Cable and internet.

Private gated community. Sidewalks great for long walks. Great bike riding in community with the Rich King Memorial Greenway paved path located adjacent to Briarwood's south entrance.

As a guest in Briarwood, you enjoy free access to tennis and basketball courts, a playground, the community house and two public pools.

About Stu

I am the second owner of this home. It was originally built by a meticulous Engineer. I have tried to maintain this home in the same manner. 2016 is the first year this home has been offered for rent.

Stu purchased this house in 2005

Why Stu chose Florida South Gulf Coast

This house is big and it has a lot of builder upgrades. It is a Venetian floor plan that has been enlarged to 2953 square feet. You will notice three windows in the front of the home vs the standard two. The home is also deeper than the standard Venetian model and the result is a larger pool/lanai area at 2395 square feet and larger bedrooms.

We selected this property above all others because of the long lake view and the eastern exposure to the rear of the home. We enjoy shady morning breakfast on the outdoor lanai with ample sun for sun bathing on the extra large patio lanai. In the afternoon the house shades enough of the patio to comfortably sit under the ceiling fans and enjoy the view of the lake and sounds of the wildlife.

The pool is our favorite. It is so refreshing and easy. We have two suites that open to the pool and the whole living room wall is a sliding glass door that opens to the pool/Lanai area.

The location of the neighborhood is really great. We can get to I- 75 in a couple minutes on Golden Gate Parkway to the east and less than 10 minutes take Golden Gate Parkway to Tamaiami Trail and be in Old Naples.

What makes this house unique

One of the largest lake view homes in the area. Ceramic tile floors throughout home. Ceiling fans in every room and Lanai. Outdoor shower on Lanai. Whole house audio. Plantation shutters on all windows. Four panel sliding door opens the living room to the lanai. Panel sliding doors in Master and 2nd bedroom open to to the lanai. Brick pavers line the driveway, walkway and patio/lanai.

A clean comfortable villa, nicely located and convenient for all Naples attractions and eateries.

We had a really enjoyable stay of 16 nights in Stu’s lovely home. We first of all liked the feel of it being in a gated community. The outlook from the pool area onto the lake is beautiful, especially as dusk draws on. The pool was a very comfortable 87 degrees. The house is spacious and well laid out for up to 6 people, although we were only 2. The pool area is very private with a nice big motorised awning for the afternoon sun.
