Located at the South end of the Crescent Beach on Marco Island, this is a Direct Beachfront Top Floor Unit with over 1700 square feet. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths, a Kitchen, a Dining Area, Den, and two Balconies. You can see the sunrise on the rear balcony and a gorgeous sunset on the Beachfront balcony. This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. There is High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the Unit and it has 4 TV's, 3 Ceiling Fans, and Telephones throughout with Free Local Calling.

The Master Bedroom has a new Kingsdown King Size Bed, a new 32 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player, dressers and Walk-In closet. The large Master Bathroom has a Soaking Tub and separate Walk-In Shower, dual sinks, closet, and separate vanity area.

The Guest Bedroom has two Extra-Long Twin Size Beds, a new 24 inch Flat Screen TV with DVD player and two separate closets. The Guest Bathroom has a Walk-In Shower.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all new KitchenAid designer appliances and fixtures including an electric range, convection oven, and convection microwave. There is also a new Full Size Clothes Washer and Dryer inside the unit. The Dining room and Living Room Area has a new 48 inch Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray Player and a Wet Bar. The Den has a Queen Size pull-out Sofa Bed, Computer area with printer, TV with DVD and VCR, and Breakfast Area.

The Somerset is located on perhaps the best location on Marco Island's Crescent Beach. it is well within walking distance to great Restaurants, a Movie Theater, Comedy Club, Convenience Stores, Gas Station, Marina, and plenty of Shops. But best of all, it's only an elevator ride to the Beach!

Best view of the Gulf!

Best view of the Gulf I have ever experienced - amazing! Condo was well-equipped, immaculate, as were the property grounds. Beautiful area of SWFL. Will definitely recommend these owners, this property to others!

Absolutely amazing.

The entire condo is in excellent condition. The view from the 2 balconies beautiful. Everything you may need in case you forgot is made available, including basic toiletries, everything has labels to help guests, there are instructions for various remotes. They quickly responded to any question. The kitchen is very well stocked to prepare your favorite meal. Although we didnt use them, there are bikes, golf clubs, tennis rackets and balls, board games, books, etc. Everything is so comfortable you feel very at home. Thanks again! Can’t wait to rent again next year!

Home away from home with amazing views!

This was the perfect place to relax for our family vacation! Everything was clean upon arrival and the beds were very comfortable! The best part was having 2 balconies, which allowed us to watch both the sunrise and sunset from the comfort of our own space. The oceanfront view was breathtaking! We watched the dolphins swim by every morning while having coffee/breakfast. The unit was stocked with anything you could need and more! My boys especially loved all the beach toys! The owners were also extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

Great place to stay on Marco Island!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We took beach walks every morning and were joined by dolphins almost every day. Watched beautiful sunsets every evening right from our balcony. Couldn’t ask for a better or more relaxing place to stay on Marco Island. Thanks Gene for letting us stay here!

Exceptional Condo

Somerset Unit 807 is an exceptionally good Marco beach front condo in terms of its location (middle of the building - eighth floor - south part of Marco's beach - a quiet area but a short and enjoyable walk to restaurants, hotels with rental beach equipment, shops, etc ), size (two bedrooms & bathrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, a well equipped kitchen, two outdoor decks with one facing East (morning sun) and one facing West (afternoon sun and sunsets), as well as the responsiveness of both the owner and the real estate rental agent. It is in excellent physical condition and nicely decorated. I highly recommend it and look forward to using it again next year. The Somerset is an excellent building in an ideal location, with two heated swimming pools, a fitness center under construction, convenient covered parking and effective security.
