Located at the real top of La Alquería urbanization, this luxury equipped townhouse offers 360º breathtaking views on all the Costa del Sol, Morocco and Gibraltar. Thanks to its high location, the property is extremely quiet.

The villa offers 3 living rooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 en suite) plus one more sleeping for 2 in the lower level living room. It belongs to a small modernly designed condominium, composed of eight townhouses constructed on three levels.

The present unit offers top quality Siemens appliances, Bang & Olufsen HiFi and TV-DVD systems in living rooms and main bedroom, double-glazed windows, heating floor, air conditioning with heater and a private garden.

On entrance level: hall; living/dining room with access to a terrace enjoying amazing panoramic sea and mountain views; fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine); two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).

Upper level: en-suite master bedroom with a private balcony with 360º views on the Marbella region, from La Sierra de Ronda to the Mediterranean coastline (Morocco and Gibraltar).

Lower level: sitting room with fireplace which can be used as an extra bedroom (a sofa bed offers sleeping for 2 persons); guest toilet; access to the private garage with space for three cars.

The complex features communal gardens and pool (with a separated basin for kids), and a 24-hour security system. A bright and spacious family home, surrounded by nature and golf courses, within 10-minute drive to Puerto Banús.

You're above the crowd and dominate all the area. You can even check which golf courses is less crowded from your bedroom window.

The Costa del Sol and particularly Marbella Views, where Villa Joaquín Sorolla is located, is the place in the world with the highest concentration of golf courses.

You'll find 16 golf courses at less than 10 minutes (the closest are only 3 minutes away), but there are tens of golf courses in the nearby. Within 20 to 30 minutes drive, you'll be able to play at the fantastic Finca Cortesin (home of the Volvo Master International Championship), at the famous Valderrama (where the Ryder Cup took place in 1997), at Sotogrande, San Roque, etc.

You'll need a car, like almost everywhere in Marbella, which will take you to any place in question of minutes. Puerto Banus is 10' away and Marbella old town means a 15' drive. Beaches and golfs are very close and you'll find a very good supermarket 2,8 km from the property. It offers all kind of food and most of the products you could need.
