Leith Court #4 is a 1200sqft two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, located on the first floor (one above ground) of the east building of the Leith Court complex. An open plan kitchen and living area leads to to a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking. Leith Court is a very popular and well kept beach front complex overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within easy walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, and an elevator. Beach access is direct from the garden and pool area. The pool area has sun lounges, shaded areas and some umbrellas.

Leith Court #4 is on the inside half of the east building, one level up from the ground floor. The building features key-pad entry, an elevator, pool, and sun lounge area on the lawn adjacent to the ocean. A supermarket is immediately across the road with nearby shopping, car rental and banking.

Great apartment

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Beautiful view onto a lovely beach from the balcony. Well kept gardens and good pool. Ideal position right on the beach and 5mins from supermarkets and restaurants. So easy to catch a bus or walk everywhere. Certainly hope to stay again!

Great apartment and fabulous location - right on the beach

We loved this property - 2 adults and 2 kids - large , bright and clean with all the amenities that you need for a great vacation. Great aircon in the bedrooms and fans and "wind machine" in the lounge was great for cooling down. We Scots come from a cold world so took a little while to get used to the warm Barbados heat.

The apartment/location is just perfect - great garden and lovely pool and just a couple of steps right onto the most beautiful beach. Child friendly - safe and secure.

Close to shops and plenty of great bars/restaurants to enjoy close by.

James was a great host and more than helpful with all our queries.Highly recommend this property and will be booking again in the future.

BEST VIEW AND LOCATION

As James was away, we were met by Chris who was spot on with instructions and help when required. The apartment is well appointed with plenty storage and cooking facilities. Big fridge freezer and two stores on your doorstep. Lots of local pubs and the Gap is a ten minute walk. Mojos across the road (turn left 200 yards) for drinks and good food. Oistens Fish Friday take the local vans 2 dollars any direction and fun way to travel. Champers a must and is 12 minutes away on foot (although a bity more expensive) for a posher night out.

Get your Scotch and Gin before you arrive but recommend the Barbados Rum & Coke + Banks Beer. The stores both keep some good wines as well. Bedrooms have great aircon and fan in the living room.

However, the main attraction is the fantastic location. The photos are good but in reality doesn't do any justice to the breath-taking view from the veranda. A lazy day in the gardens 10 feet from the turquoise sea and a handy little pool cant be beat. In Bridgetown go to the Waterfront Café at the harbour for good grub lunch or dinner and watch the world go by. Look and aske about happy hours wherever you go. Book at least one trip on Cool Runnings Catamaran for a fantastic sale in the sun (they pick you up and drop you off).

You don't need a car to get about on the South coast but you can shop around for a cheap one if you want to go exploring North. Don't us the one across the road they don't actually have hire cars.

Fourth visit to Barbados and this is the best yet. Well done James and thank you Chris for looking after us when required. Would gladly use again.

Wonderful location!

Can't beat the view and the sea turtles swimming out front. We were really comfortable in the apartment, had everything we needed and close to shops and short walks to restaurants. The ZR runs along the same street so you can get around really quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend!

The Leith Court Complex is steps away from restaurants, shopping, transportation, and banks. The famous St Lawrence Gap night club area is only a10 minutes walk. The newly renovated Carib Beach bar and Crystal Waters bar are just 5 minutes away. Scuba diving is available 5 minutes away at Sandy Beach by Crystal Waters. The Complex has keypad access and apartment 4 is one floor above ground level.
