This home features open living room with Kiva fireplace, large picture windows with views towards the Sangre de Cristo mountains, private back patio for outdoor BBQ's, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a family-style built-in dining table large enough for 6-7 people.

Upstairs is Queen master suite with another fireplace, sitting area, nice master bath and also a large balcony facing to the Southwest for Sunset views.

Downstairs is another queen bedroom plus 2 twins in 3rd bedroom. There is a full size bathroom plus another bathroom off laundry area with shower.

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT

The condo was exactly as advertised on the website.

We were close to everything....the Plaza, grocery stores, Sprouts, the freeways.

An hour from Albuquerque and an hour in the other direction from Abiquiu and Ghost Ranch.

The condo was very clean and the rooms were all good size. The views were great and we saw a couple of deer in the yard a few mornings.

Would definitely stay again!

As advertised...would rent again.

The property was clean, quiet, private and comfortable, in a very relaxing setting. There were no major issues. We did notice that there was some pre-existing flood damage in one of the bedrooms. Also the windows in two bedrooms could not be opened. Those are items the owner should attend to.

Very nice property - amazing location and views

We had a great time at this nice property. It was very convenient to the square, walkable in good weather, and had some of the best views of the ski mountain we've had after many stays elsewhere. Far enough to feel "out there" but close enough to enjoy the town. Very comfortable place with nice double car garage to keep your car out of the snow.

Wonderful warm house

We rented this property for a family Christmas and it was wonderful. Very clean, well equipped, gorgeous views, all the modern conveniences and very cosy and inviting. Only a few minutes from the Plaza and right next door to the Fort Marcy complex with a great gym and pool. We can't wait to go back..
