Thanksgiving 2022

This was our first thanksgiving since my daddy passed in July. I brought my mother and we really enjoyed this quite cozy cabin. We would definitely revisit!

Fantastic experience

Gorgeous small cabin which really does feel hidden away even though it’s within a long stone’s throw of other properties. Spotlessly clean. King size bed in downstairs bedroom is not the most comfortable mattress but sleepable. Upstairs has two twins and two very large beanbags along with a futon. We brought a beanbag downstairs to supplement seating in the living room. Kitchen has everything you’d need. Hot tub is great. Firewood was provided for us. Bring your own water! The owners are not kidding when they talk about the local well water’s sulfur smell and taste! I don’t fault them for that a bit and they were very upfront about it. Overall a perfect experience for our Christmas in the Smokies.

Woke up every morning with roaches on the kitchen counter. Bed is uncomfortable. If your ok with bugs, the plus side is all appliances were brand new, the hot tub is nice, and the location is quite.
