It boasts stunning sea views one way and the famous Devonshire Park Tennis Club the other. It is also the place to be for the Theatre District, as Devonshire Park, Congress and Winter Garden are just a stones throw. The town centre and fabulous restaurants are also just 10 minutes walk away.
This spacious apartment sleeps up to six people and combines Victorian character with luxury modern detail. You will enjoy over 75 square metres of light airy rooms including large living room, modern fitted open plan kitchen diner, master double bedroom, family bathroom and second twin bedroom. Free WiFi is also available throughout.
The large living room features a 42” flat screen TV with satellite package, luxury L-shaped leather sofa and chair, perfect for taking in the sea views. The apartment has been designed so that each bedroom caters for your every need with highest quality beds, flat screen Freesat/DVD TV’s, hairdryers and plenty of storage. The bedrooms are located at the opposite ends of the apartment, which gives you privacy if sharing with friends, or allows your children to sleep uninterrupted while you enjoy your evenings.
The modern fitted kitchen is complete with dishwasher and washing machine and the ideal hub to enjoy a family or romantic meal around the solid oak table and leather chairs. The bathroom has also been designed with the highest quality materials and has a bath/shower with rain head attachment.
Parking could not be easier as we provide free permits for the duration of your stay, which allow you to park outside the apartment in Wilmington Square and in all the surrounding roads. If you prefer to arrive by train then the station is just a short walk away.
The flat is exactly as described. Everything was we expected and Kristian made extra efforts to get it ready for our early arrival. It is just far enough away from the pier to be quiet but perfect for the tennis and the theatres.
The flat is very well presented with no expense spared in the decoration. Ideally located close to the seafront and some excellent restaurants and a fabulous ice cream parlour. The flat has wifi and was toasty warm. Just need to plan another's trip 5 Stars
A fantastic time was had by all. My wife and I, along with our 5 yo daughter had the pleasure of a 3 night stay in this beautiful apartment. The photos don't do it justice - light, spacious, spotless and with all the amenities of home and only a 2 min walk to the beach. Perfect. Clean, modern apartment. Great locality to seafront and town. Manager was friendly and helpful - responded quickly to phone/text queries. Slight noise (tv/radio) from flats in same vicinity. Lovely Italian restaurant and Ice cream Parlour in next street - worthy of a visit. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We (family with two children 3 and 4y) enjoyed the time here very much. The appartment is really beautiful. It was completely renovated very short term ago, and it is furnished with very good and new equipment, in particular the kitchen is great. The appartment is located very close to the see in a beautiful part of Eastborne close to the beach, to a green park and to Beachy Head, just five minutes to walk to the shops located in the tourist centre - for us it was a perfect location in Eastbourne. The description in the listing was accurate. The owner was very nice and flexible (we had to reschedule our arrival time). We spent lovely holidays in that nice, comfortable and very well equipped appartement. The appartement lies within a short walking distance to the beach, the shopping area and the three theaters. The pier and the famous cliffs of Beachy Head and Seven Sisters are accessable by a leasurely walk. The owners, are very friendly and make you feel welcome. We would award 6 stars if possible and hope to return and spend another holiday at this place.
