Fully Renovated, Contemporary, Bright and Convenient

Don't settle for a run of the mill condo. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice that no corners were cut in this newly renovated unit. The expanded contemporary kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, etc.), a quartz counter-top, marble and glass tile backsplash and extra tall cabinets for more storage with soft close hardware. The living room has a large flat screen tv and new dimmable recessed lighting. The bathroom is tiled throughout and has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and plenty of closet space. One bedroom has a new king sized bed. The other has two new twins. The flooring is easy to maintain oversized 18 inch tiling throughout. You'll be one of the first to use it so you know it will be fresh and clean. This is a first floor, corner unit, with easy access to parking and the pool, but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by people at the pool.

The complex, is well managed and meticulously maintained with a large pool, lush tropical landscaping and very friendly. The unit is on the western edge of the complex as far as possible from any of the roads. It's within easy walking distance to TripAdvisor's top rated restaurants, three of the best breakfast places on the island - Ne Ne's, Empire Bagels and Doreen's; Marco's favorite pizza place, Joey's Pizza; Fin Bistro, an excellent addition to Marco's restaurant scene, as well as Resident's Beach.

Wow!!! What more can I say

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated unit. It had everything we wanted and more - contemporary design, fresh & clean, comfy beds, WiFi, 2 full length sofas to relax on, large TV in the living room and even TVs in the bedrooms. The complex was lush and tropical and we loved being able to walk to our favorite breakfast place - Doreen's.

The place was even better than the pictures and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We love Marco and can't wait to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
