Note: Thank you for all the messages of concern and support! We're pleased to say the unit is fine.  The building board and management have been extremely proactive and are working hard to get things back to normal. Services across the island are being restored and Marco Island is doing a great job of clean up and restoration. We've been very fortunate as things are much better than what was predicted.

Don't settle for a run of the mill condo. As soon as you walk in, you'll notice that no corners were cut in this newly renovated unit. The expanded contemporary kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, etc.), a quartz counter-top, marble and glass tile backsplash and extra tall cabinets for more storage with soft close hardware. The living room has two full length sofas, a large flat screen tv and new dimmable recessed lighting. The bathroom is tiled throughout and has a tub/shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and plenty of closet space. One bedroom has a new king sized bed. The other has two new twins. The flooring is easy to maintain oversized 18 inch tiling throughout. You'll be one of the first to use it so you know it will be fresh and clean. This is a first floor, corner unit, with easy access to parking and the pool, but far enough away that you won't be disturbed by people at the pool.

The complex, is well managed and meticulously maintained with a large heated pool, club house and lush tropical landscaping. The complex is very friendly with numerous social activities and events in season. The unit is on the western edge of the complex as far as possible from any of the roads. It's within easy walking distance to TripAdvisor's top rated restaurants, three of the best breakfast places on the island - Ne Ne's, Empire Bagels and Doreen's; Marco's favorite pizza place, Joey's Pizza; Fin Bistro, an excellent addition to Marco's restaurant scene, as well as Resident's Beach.

This unit offers the ultimate in convenience. An easy walk of five minutes or less gets you to some of Marco's most popular restaurants. Resident's Beach is only 10 minutes away. Your designated parking space is directly behind the unit. The pool and barbecue are also just steps away, but the unit doesn't have direct sight lines from the pool so you have both convenience and privacy.

The community is also very friendly and welcomes renters.

What makes this condo unique

The unit has undergone a major renovation to the highest standard. The kitchen has been expanded to allow room for a dishwasher as well as full sized range and refrigerator. All the beds are new

This unit had everything I wanted. Great location near what became my favorite restaurants as well as the beach. Most places I could easily walk and the others I could bike to. I visited Marco Island to take a break and get fit and I couldn't have been more pleased. I went for long walks on the beach, played tennis every day and took classes as the Y. The unit itself was spacious and newly renovated. While not as big as my kitchen at home, it was very similar in terms of the appointments and had everything I needed. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and everything was as described on the website. All in all, it was the perfect place. Thanks for letting me stay and I hope I'll be able to return in the future.

Wow!!! What more can I say

We really enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated unit. It had everything we wanted and more - contemporary design, fresh & clean, comfy beds, WiFi, 2 full length sofas to relax on, large TV in the living room and even TVs in the bedrooms. The complex was lush and tropical and we loved being able to walk to our favorite breakfast place - Doreen's.

The place was even better than the pictures and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We love Marco and can't wait to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
