This condo has been redone from floor to ceiling wall to wall. Tile floor all new though out condo..... bathroom wall and floor new-- tile--granite top -- vanity -- sinks -- kitchen with granite counter tops ceiling fan. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE YOUR STAY. This condo is across the street from my vacation home and my children and grand kids think it a great spot and close to grandma and grandpa.

What makes this condo unique

I have been coming to Marco for 34 years and I bought my condo 26 years ago. I bought the second condo in June 2014 nice place for the kids.

Very good location and new interior !

Great location walking distance to many restaurants and of course the beach. The pool area is nice even with a library of books. Owner is very responsive. Definitely would recommend.

This was a beautiful and immaculate condo.

We loved our stay here. Everything was just like the picture....beautiful. The owner met us when we arrived and provided us with any information we needed to know during our stay. Everything you could possible need was at this condo. Plenty of linens, plenty of kitchen needs, plenty of closets, TV'S in every bedroom and a very large TV in the living room. I loved the layout, we had breakfast on the lanai every morning. The pool was great, and the condo complex has a meet & greet get together every Wednesday, we loved that; it was a great way to meet the folks staying at the complex. We walked to the beach every morning for our morning exercise. The stores and restaurants were within walking distance. The restaurants are awesome, and there's a movie hall and an ice cream shop within walking distance. I'd stay here over and over again, it was totally awesome. Marco Island is so beautiful and the beaches....well you have to see them for yourself, words cannot describe how beautiful they are. Hope you enjoy your stay at this condo as much as we did.

Grandview Condo....simply Grand!!

This was our consecutive third winter to spend time away on beautiful Marco Island. Even though the weather was less desirable this January than in previous years, our first stay at Grandview Condo could not have been better. The owner of our unit did a great up to date remodel on his unit and made it very comfortable for our stay. We are already rescheduled to return in 2017. Not only does the unit have new amenities throughout, but we also liked the quiet, relaxed and laid back nature of Grandview. It is ideally located for easy beach access, walking and even some nearby shopping. You will love your stay in this unit!

Fabulous

My family and I rented this unit in the past and once again it was fabulous. We enjoy Marco Island as a vacation spot, but most of all we enjoy staying in a dependable location that is clean and spacious. If you are reading this review and are unsure where to stay, I would HIGHLY recommend this unit. The property is well maintained and owner is very very reasonable and easy to work with.

Thank you for a wonderful stay and looking forward to our next visit.

Great stay!

This condo was a great place to stay for our time on Marco Island. It was walking distance to the public access beach entrance and a variety of bars/restaurants. The condo itself was very nice and clean. Perfect size for 4 people. The owner was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for other vacationers!

Fabulous Vacation and Location

The property was brand new and extremely clean. The owner described the rental accurately over the phone and was very easy to work with. The condo provided great amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, ample parking and close to shopping and beach. The restaurants in the area were all great.

We enjoyed this trip with our family and look forward in staying at this condo again next year.
